Our perfect mountain getaway on the top floor has been completely renovated from top to bottom with just about everything brand new, including floors, kitchen appliances, dishes, pots and pans, furniture, linens, bedding, etc. This spacious condo can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. Enjoy a cozy fire in the living room or bedroom, as both have wood-burning fireplaces, and both lead onto the private deck through glass-sliding doors to a mountain and waterfall view that is rarely found anywhere!

The living room includes a large flat screen smart TV with Netflix, Roku, CD player, leather queen sleeper sofa, leather swivel chair and desk for working remotely with your laptop. High speed Wi-Fi is free!

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for your “home away from home” vacation, such as microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, Keurig and regular drip coffee maker, toaster, smooth top range, oversized sink and even spices!

The bedroom features a premium king-size bed and large flat screen TV. There are two bathrooms, and a full capacity washer and dryer. All linens and towels are included. All you'll need is your toothbrush!

Pet fee is $50 with a 50 lb. weight limit. PLEASE ADVISE OF WEIGHT AND BREED WHEN MAKING A BOOKING REQUEST, AS THERE ARE RESTRICTED BREEDS.

Toxaway Falls is located just off main Highway 64 and is sitting right in the middle of pristine beauty and panoramic views, including hundreds of natural waterfalls, Pisgah Forest, Gorges State Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Cashiers, Brevard, Sapphire Valley and Highlands are a short drive away, and Asheville is 45 minutes away. The Asheville Airport is just 37 miles away.

If you're into the outdoors, this is the place for you? There are numerous trails to hike or bike, or you can go fishing, rafting, canoeing, golfing and skiing in the winter. The area includes a diversity of wonderful restaurants, including Los Vaqueros Mexican Restaurant just a short walk up the hill. The prestigious Brevard Music Center offers day and evening concerts all summer, some of which are free. During the summer, there are world famous guest performers, such as Itzhak Perlman. The world famous Biltmore Estates, which is the largest home in America, is in Asheville, and offers tours of the home, gardens and winery. Spend the day in Asheville exploring cozy coffee shops, quaint antique stores, art studios, fabulous restaurants and shopping galore. The drive to Highlands is breathtaking, and once you're there, you'll find loads of hiking trails, restaurants to please every palate, a huge variety of shops for every taste, and beautifully tree-lined streets if you just want to enjoy the scenery.
