Was für ein wunderschöner Ort, um Ferien zu verbringen! Das Front Cottage liegt im Herzen von Suttons Bay und ist ein atemberaubendes, unteres Haus im Vintage-Stil. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer und 1 Badezimmer in diesem einstöckigen Cottage, das nach Nordwesten ausgerichtet ist. Schlaf bis zu 5.
Berücksichtigt wöchentliche oder kurze Aufenthalte zu jeder Jahreszeit. Sommer 3 Nächte Minimum. Kurzaufenthalte sind während der Sommersaison erlaubt. Bei Buchungen von weniger als 7 Übernachtungen, die online gebucht werden, wird keine Anzahlung in Rechnung gestellt, bis die Reservierung am nächsten Arbeitstag von Visit Up North bestätigt wird. Das Ankunfts- und / oder Abreisedatum muss sich auf bestehende Reservierungen stützen und / oder am Samstag oder Sonntag beginnen / enden. Memorial und Labor Day Wochenenden erfordern drei Nächte.

1 Queen, 1 Full und 1 Daybed. Fernseher in allen Schlafzimmern. Treten Sie von der Straßenseite in ein charmantes Wohnzimmer mit schönen dekorativen Elementen ein. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, um Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten, und umfasst Edelstahlgeräte einschließlich Geschirrspüler. Holzböden im ganzen. Gaskamin Kabelfernsehen. Waschmaschine und Trockner auch für Ihre Bequemlichkeit.

Ein wunderschöner Strand ist gleich um die Ecke, ein sehr einfacher Spaziergang. Parken Sie Ihr Auto während Ihres gesamten Aufenthalts. Sie können alle Geschäfte und Restaurants in Suttons Bay zu Fuß erreichen! Nur 16 Meilen nach Traverse City. Die Bibliothek direkt hinter dem Cottage bietet Filmverleih und Bücher, die Sie am nahe gelegenen öffentlichen Sandstrand genießen können. Nebenan und auf der anderen Straßenseite können Sie wunderbar speisen. Nur wenige Schritte entfernt befinden sich auch das Bay Theater, ein Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vieles mehr. Der Leelanau Trail führt von Suttons Bay nach Traverse City. Sie können diesen Weg zu jeder Jahreszeit zum Wandern, Radfahren oder Langlaufen nutzen. Leihen Sie sich ein dickes Reifenrad und probieren Sie ein wenig Winterradfahren. Bauernmärkte, Weingüter und das Leelanau Sands Casino befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sie werden in dieser großartigen Gegend viel zu tun haben.

It has a great location, walkable to downtown Suttons Bay shopping, restaurants, bars, movie theater. The beach is located a couple hundred yards and the library located behind the property. Road noise and the bar/restaurant with could be noisy after dark. Parking was good.

Green Shutter stay

Very well kept, craftsman home. Very good layout, great eat in kitchen. Right on the Main Street, restaurants right next door and directly across the street. The beach was viewable from the back yard. Short walking distance to the bay. Lots of unique shopping opportunities in the next block. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and very clean and comfortable. Don't come to this place expecting to be able to connect to the Wi-Fi or watch television though.. 4 tvs and only one of them in the bedroom worked. Property manager, Lindsay is great to work with. Overall good stay. Thanks!

Dark,cold weekend!

Cozy clean cottage,a bit drafty around the windows. Fireplace made up for the chill in the rooms. A bit irritating was no info on how to use the television or DVD player.We really wanted to watch football and couldnt. The batteries in remote were missing and the replacement ones were not the right size. Couldnt use the remote for tv. Another irritation was when there was a 3hr power failure. No utility type candles or matches in the house. And it was too early for bed,in the middle of dinner. We huddled around the gas fireplace to keep warm.Thank u for replacing the coffee pot,it was a god send for next days morning brew.

Great Location, funky little cottage but know what you rent

Rather than a cottage, it is an older house split with the "Green Shutter" cottage being the downstairs of an older home. You can hear the tenants upstairs as well as smell their dinner. My husband and I had plenty of room but would not book again. There is one very small, funky bathroom off the kitchen with a stackable laundry set up. The cottage only had one closet in a side room with a twin bed which had some older carpeting that was smelly to me but I smell everything. I believe, the bedrooms are actually a former sun porch which are very spacious and cute but have no closets. The kitchen and living/family area are perfect. Bed was good. We stripped the bed upon checkout and the mattress cover was old, stained or dirty.

We really enjoyed the area. There were some cob webs in areas "Terrible around the Bathroom Light". I think "my opinion" there needs to be celling fans or at least a couple of fans to move some air around it smelled musty in the house. Need to upgrade Coffee Pot to maybe a Keurig, the current one takes forever to make Coffee. The parking!! there is none, plan on parking in the street. The bedroom in front is big enough for two to sleep in comfortably however the second bedroom bed is "small Double ??" very small & the third bedroom bed is big enough for one. Just another note there is a awesome Kitchen & Bar right next door that we had no idea it was there "Not mentioned in previous reviews". Not trying to be negative in any way, but this is my review!! Overall I would stay here again. This is very convenient to everything to enjoy in Suttons Bay.

Great location

We loved the proximity to all Sutton's Bay has to offer. However the property needs some tender loving care. The grass wasn't mowed and the property is almost covered with overgrown trees/shrubs. Three bedrooms and only one closet. You could take out desks and put in a wardrobe which is needed. Holes in the plaster and unfinished painting in one bedroom. Kitchen is cute and furnished with what you need.

The cottage was very clean and cozy. We were staying for the purpose of visiting Hop Lot and using Suttons Bay Bikes for a wine tour. The cottage was a great location to walk to both of these places- there is easy access to walk to all of downtown Suttons Bay.

Can't beat it

(it was in the 90's while we were there)We were there for my daughter's wedding and there were about 20 people in four different houses. Our had a large kitchen and living area and was comfortable enough to host dinner for everyone two nights during the week. Out the back yard and across the street was a public beach with playground and picnic area. I would surely rent again if I ever come back.
