Relaxed our sore muscles after days filled with hiking in the hot tub. The only downfall was the power went out after a storm for a few hours and we could not find any flashlights or electric lanterns to use. Those would have really come in handy. Otherwise we had a really nice trip.

It looked amazing. The view was just beautiful. We were ready for complete and total relaxation. Upon further inspection, the entire cabin was covered in both dead and alive bugs. HUNDREDS. When bringing this up to management they sent maintenance out to kill the bugs but they did not do anything to clean up the dead bugs. They also offered us no compensation of any kind to remedy the situation....will never stay with Elk Springs Resort again!

The shower drain was clogged therefore we had to stand in inches of water while we showered. We also had to clean up some water on the floor and the towel was gross afterwards. The cleaning lady left her cashapp which was odd to me, considering it wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. Hot tub was nice and clean though.
