Thank you for your review. The apartment building have a elevator. Villefranche is located in a hill and not on flat grounds. As there are restaurants and shops 5 min. walk from the apartment most of our guests tell us that a car is not necessary. If you want to explore nearby towns and cities it can of course be useful with a car. Furthermore there are bus stops within 5 min. walk both to Nice and surrounding towns.

I truly apologize for the situation when you arrived. It is not acceptable for us as owners that guests arrive to our apartment and it is not properly cleaned. After your stay we decided to work with another company that will handle the concierge and property management of our apartment as the previous company were not offering services up to our standards. If you would like to visit us again you are very welcome and I can guarantee that our apartment will be in perfect condition. Thank you

Thank you for your honest feedback. I do apologize for the problems you had during check in which we will take care about for furture guests and apologize that you had to experience the key handover process a little complicated. You wrote me a long list after your stay with things that didn`t work and lack of instructions. Me and my family arrived the same day you departerd and I can`t see how some of the things didn`t work for you. F.ex. Remorte control to the gate is working very well. (We tested the one you were given) There is two buttons on it. One for open and one for closing the gate. There are a written form in the apartment with instructions for most of the inventory including the wifi code. You also mentioned 4 wine glasses only, but I found 9 at the kitchen when I arrived the same day you left. I also informed you before arrival that I would be available if there should be anything you would need during your stay. It is strange for me that I didn`t hear anything during your 3 nights of stay. I am humble for our guests feedback as we allways try to make our apartment a great stay for our guests, but I really don`t see how you could describe that some of the things in the apartment doesn`t work as they work perfectly fine. when we came
