We were thoroughly impressed by this comfortable condo. It was exactly what we needed for a restful escape. Perfect spot to enjoy both the beach sunrise and sunset on the bay. Kitchen was fully stocked with planning meals and plenty of room to spread out for our individual space. Chris was so nice to stay in touch before, during & after our visit to make sure our accommodations were satisfactory. We wished we had more time to spend on the island. The condo was so pleasant that we only ventured out once to grab dinner and souvenirs. We will be back. Thank you for sharing your place.

What an incredible stay! Room was spotless, smelled fresh and clean, had cold A/C and convenient to everything on the island. Beds were comfy, and linens were soft and fresh. Kitchen appliances all were fantastic, and cabinets were stocked with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was also great! Additional perks were having laundry room and elevator just a few steps from the room.

We spent a fabulous 6 days in this spacious, well maintained condo in South Padre Island. The apartment suited our needs exactly and provided us with a base to enjoy the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We enjoyed sunrises on the well furnished deck, a perfect perch for observing the beach area. Chris and Lori, the hosts, were very helpful, providing all the information we needed for check-in (earlier than expected), full usage of the amenities, and a smooth check-out process. Thank you Chris and Lori for you friendliness and support for novice travelers to the area.

The location was ideal for sand beach time with family, the location was clean and no commerce take over causing overcrowding just family units and beach time, everyone was respectful to accommodate a good experience for all, life guard came around like clockwork and so was the friendly SPIPD to ensure a fun and safe environment overall a will come back for quality family time, until the kids become more social butterflies and redefining quality time; that does not have mom and dad chaperoning all the time :)

The condo is clean, well equipped and in a perfect setting on SPI. Chris ensured our check-in as well as our stay went well. There were at least five luggage racks to help with the move in and out process and everything in the photos was as described. With both elevators working, we never experienced a delay going up or down. Although we brought our own beach/pool towels, there were some available but we didn’t need them. With my frame at 220 and my wife at 120, we both felt the king mattress was fine; our daughters thought their beds were equally comfortable. The morning sunrise ensured we were up early and only a block away from a local coffee shop. The weather cooperated well during our stay and turned on the day we left, so we ended up with a nice tan from the beach over four days. Both HEB and Walmart had everything we needed and plenty of local restaurants to choose for dinner. Great place, great host and definitely recommend this unit!

We had the BEST stay here.. this condo had everything we needed to make our stay perfect, it was very clean, very comfortable, and very convenient in location to the beach, shopping, restaurants. The beach view from the balcony was amazing, our morning ritual was to get our coffee and go sit out there to watch the sun rises, we even enjoyed breakfast out there a couple times- I could’ve sat out there for hours. Chris & Lori were fantastic hosts, they provided very detailed check in instructions, as well as check out instructions, they also reached out occasionally to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. We will definitely come back and book with them again.

The condo was very clean. Chris had a lot of extras in the condo like Games things to write with kitchen appliances. The beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was awesome. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! The condo directly overlooked the beach. It could not have been easier to walk from the condo to the beach -- literally just walked around the building and you were there. The condo was large, very clean, and extremely comfortable. My wife loved watching the sunrise from the seating on the balcony. The location was perfect -- quiet and peaceful,, but within five minutes of great restaurants and morning coffee. Our host Christopher was great -- incredibly responsible and always available to answer any questions that might arise. All told, we had a great time in South Padre Island and can't wait to visit again.

Chris and Lori are from the Midwest with 2 adult children. We love spending time on South Padre Island and enjoying the ocean breezes and beautiful beach access out the front door. One of our favorite things to do is watch the sun rise from our balcony while sipping some home brewed coffee.

Γιατί επέλεξαν αυτό το κατάλυμα

We've owned other property on SPI and find Suntide II to have it all. Great views of the beach & Ocean from the balcony, high ceilings, fully remodeled inside and convenient location to groceries, bars and restaurants.
