A fantastic family holiday and very relaxing. The villa was spotless and had everything we needed. The pool was great and the kids loved the table tennis table. Beds were very comfortable and air conditioning was great. The shops are all in walking distance as is the beach and some lovely bars and restaurants. The host is lovely and very helpful, I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful relaxing holiday.

Lovely property with everything we needed. Owners were very helpful and had left bits and pieces for us so we didn’t need to buy everyday items such as dishwasher tablets or laundry detergent.

Recently stayed at this villa with my family including 5 adults and 1 child. Villa was excellent, it had everything we needed. The pool was a great size, with plenty of loungers and loved the added bonus of a BBQ outside. The owners were very helpful and always on hand if we needed anything, this took away any added stress. The Villa was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The villa is about a 15/20min walk away from Lidl, there’s a corner shop selling the essentials about a 5min walk away and a lovely restaurant situated over the road from here too, called La Plaza. The beach with a number of restaurants is located conveniently too. The holiday was exactly what we needed, a relaxed peaceful time away. Will definitely look to book again in the future. Thank you!

Not long back from a week’s stay here. 7 adults and 1 child. The villa was amazing, so much bigger than it looked on the photos. It had everything you needed from kitchen equipment, games and even shopping trolleys. The pool was a great size and was definitely used everyday. Marie was so helpful before, during and after our stay nothing was a bother for them. Organised our airport transfers. Nice and quiet location with shops,Restaurants and a few pubs within 10-15 min walk. We would definitely book again.

Just returned from a 10 night stay at this wonderful villa.We are a family of 5all adults.Everything you need for your stay is there for you.I have mobility problems and cant walk too far but could manage to the beach area without problem.You pass 3 or 4 restaurants on the way including a chinese(The Big House)."Cheap as chips" and food ok.We went to Los Alcazares 3nights.Plaza there with maybe 30 /40 restaurants and the usualtouristy stalls.Taxis came promptly to the villa and there is a rank at plaza for coming back.(10/15 euros each way for 5 of us).There is a small supermercado only 5mins walk away.Good for fresly baked bread and a small deli counter with cooked chicken ,ribs, croquettes etc.(An Italian restaurant just across the road which we used a couple of times).Lidl and mercadona a little further awaybut still easy walking distance for my wife and sons maybe 15mins but I was happpy to leave that to them!Again taxi back no problem for 5/10 euros.Most days we just chilled around the pool which is a great area with plenty shaded space.Didnt bother moving a couple of days and stuck the bbq on at night-just relaxed!Marie and Frank are top hosts.Nothing but helpful from day of booking and they are at the end of a phone for any problems but let you get on with your holiday and dont intrude.Thanks.App is telling me I,ve said enough so shut up!

The Villa met all our expectations. It was spotlessly clean.The Kitchen had everything you could possibly ask for, utility-wise, and also the outdoor BBQ area had everything required.The pool was a hit with our grandsons, actually all of us, we thoroughly enjoyed it.The Villa was close enough to walk to Aldi & Lidl, close by to other convenience stores and a pharmacy. The Beach was not too far to walk to either, we had a paddle!There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance, although we enjoyed cooking at the villa. The owners are fantastic. Very welcoming & always obliging to help.Maria helped me on numerous occasions with a few problems I had, none of which were related to the Villa.We are seriously considering returning to the Villa next year. You will not be disappointed if you come here.11 * out of 10* :-)

We were a family of six including a small baby and villa met all our requirements. Baby equipment was provided by hosts and it made the trip a real pleasure.Villa had all our needs and kitchen facilities were excellent for a family to use.Externally the pool and seating areas allowed us all to spend time together or if required to have some quiet time. Hosts me us on arrival and made the effort to have house cleaned quickly to allow an earlier arrival. As we had baby this was very much appreciated . They also came to have a handover at end of our stay when we departed. Thoroughly enjoyable week was had by all and hopefully we will return.

Boendet såg så fint ut på bilderna och verkligheten överträffade alla våra förväntningar. Vi var sex personer 16-77år som stortrivdes i huset och trädgården. Allt var rent, väl underhållet och trevligt utrustat med allt man behövde för en lyckad semester. Den uppvärmda poolen (28 grader) kändes verkligen lyxig och alla tillbringade mycket tid i den. Utomhusmiljön är något extra med bordtennisbordet, solstolar, uteköket och en mysig loungeavdelning där vi satt och läste och lyssnade på fågelsången. De sympatiska värdarna välkomnade oss och var mycket hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående. Vi återkommer gärna ett annat tillfälle. Santiago de la Ribera är ett mycket trevligt ställe och boendet har ett fantastiskt läge.

Marie and Franck were fantastic hosts, friendly and welcoming and gave a lot of information at check in and also throughout our stay about local events/restaurants etc. We had the pool heated and used it almost everyday, It's a really good sized pool to get a swim done, the pool is really well maintained by Franck. The villa was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, nothing was too much trouble for Marie and Franck. Very enjoyable stay and we would like to book again in the future, Recommended 5*

Fantastic from start to finish. Communication with Marie was great, we were even able to get into the villa a little bit earlier. The villa was spotlessly clean and had some brilliant little touches such as dishwasher tablets, washing pods & conditioner, hand soap and a little welcome pack in the fridge. The pool area was excellent with plenty room to spread out and the gas grill plate was well used, so much better than a barbeque (and easier to clean!!). its unusual to get such a large Villa within walking distance of all shops, bars and also the sea. Marie gave us some tips on places to eat and things to do, a truly wonderful host. We discovered Santiago De La Ribera in June when we were staying in Los Alcazares and having found this beautiful villa we will definitely stay here again. We have stayed in mant Villas and apartments all over Spain and this is by far the best one we have ever stayed in, thank you Marie for letting us have your fantastic Villa

We have just returned from a wonderful week staying here. The villa was amazing and the outside space was great and very big. The pool was wonderful much bigger than the pictures. There were supermarkets just 10 minutes up the road you can walk too along with the beach, bars and restaurants close by all within walking distance. Marie and Frank were lovely waiting to welcome us and also left us a great welcome hamper. They were on hand to answer any questions. We will be back.

This is the best villa we have ever stayed in. Marie and Franck are the kindest people meeting us, sorting transfers and would be there in an instance if we had needed anything. The villa was fully equiped with everything you could need and much more with an exceptional pool and outdoor area. We didn't need the TV or any of the books or games provided as we spent all our time outside eating, cooking and relaxing. We will definitely be returning again which is something we never do. Plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, places to get coffee right on the beach.

A wonderful 3 generation holiday!A really spacious villa. Spotlessly clean. Very well equipped with everything you could need, including a big outside fridge freezer! Loads of outside space, chairs, tables and sun beds. Large, clean pool, which the grandchildren spent nearly all holiday in!A quiet residential area, which felt really safe. A small, but well stocked supermarket 2 minutes walk away, which does lovely cooked chicken. Lovely popular restaurant 5 mins walk away. Seafront, with a wide sandy beach and many bars and restaurants a 10/15 minute stroll away.Marie, the owner always on hand, for any queries. We had a great holiday and will return for sure….

Very nice villa for a big family

We had a very nice week in the villa as a family of 7 ranging from age 17 to 79. Villa was very clean and well appointed with everything you would need. The outdoor area was great - big pool, gas BBQ, table tennis etc. Marie the owner was helpful and welcoming and answered all our questions promptly - she also booked us a taxi from the airport and left some basis food for breakfast we were arriving late at night. There are a few restaurants within a short walk or more near the beach which is around 15 mins walk. We could drive to a number of golf courses which were absolutely stunning and reasonably priced for Spain. Many thanks for a great holiday!

Vi är mycket nöjda med huset vi hyrde. Det fanns allt vi behövde. Huset passade våra behov som stor familj med små barn, unga och gamla vuxna. Hyresvärden var mycket hjälpsam, gav oss information om aktiviteter ,resturangtips och annan information. De hjälpte även till med transfer till och ifrån huset

Beautiful Villa with a great pool

We’ve just returned from a 11 night stay at this villa, two families with children ranging from 10yo to 20 months. What a great place to stay, the villa has everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked, the outdoor kitchen was a great addition. We opted to have the pool heated and were so glad we did, the children rarely left it! The rooms were all nice with very comfortable beds and soft furnishings. Marie and Francke were great hosts, sorting our transfers from the airport and on hand with any queries we had. The villa is in a great location with an Aldi and Lidl within walking distance and a slightly longer walk the other way to the beach. I would recommend this villa to anyone seeking a place for a family get together.

Family get away

We had the best time staying in this beautiful villa. The pool was lovely, my grandson loved it and it was big enough for the 6 of us. The villa was spacious with plenty of outside space. We would highly recommend staying here. Hosts were helpful and answered any questions promptly.

Christmas Getaway

We had the most wonderful Christmas getaway. Even before our stay, the hosts were incredibly helpful, promptly answering all our questions and ensuring we had all the information we needed. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail truly set the tone for a fantastic holiday.The villa itself was perfect—warm, cozy, and so comfortable, even during the winter months. Everything was so well thought out, creating a relaxing and homely atmosphere for our families, with plenty of space for all eight of us.The children absolutely loved the pool and made the most of it every single day. It was a real highlight for them and kept them happily entertained throughout our stay.We couldn’t recommend this villa more highly and are so grateful for such a memorable holiday. Fabulous villa in a great location

We highly recommed this lovely villa and the hosts Marie and Franck. The villa is incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean and has all the home comforts you need. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms and living areas are comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The highlight of this villa is the outside space. There is a comfortable seating area and lots of sunbeds for everyone to enjoy in shade or sun, depending on your preference. The pool is fantastic and with the pool heating we were able to enjoy swimming from early morning to late evening. The villa is in a peaceful location, but perfectly located for a short stroll to the beach, with several bars and restaurants in close vicinity. Within a short drive there are lots of other small towns which are all very pleasant to stroll around and enjoy the various markets that are on. We didn't venture further afield but larger towns such as Murcia and Cartagena are also fairly close so lots to see and do. Marie and Franck are excellent hosts and were very responsive when we had queries or questions. We had an amazing holiday and hope to return very soon!

Amazing villa

I couldn’t rate this villa any more highly. Amazing pool kept our children happy all day from the morning till the evening. Some days we only went out for lunch/dinner and otherwise stayed in enjoying the outdoor space or watching a movie etc. This is home from home. Nothing is too much trouble and if ever needed owner is very quick to response back. Kitchen has everything you need and the small touches like washing tabs and dishwasher tablets etc made the stay very easy. Location is great, quiet but still shops, beach and restaurants near by. Weekly market also close by which we enjoyed.We are definitely hoping to come back and this time longer.

Absolutely exceeded our expectations

We have recently returned from what can only be considered as a truly unforgettable experience. This was made possible by not only the Villa but also the level of attention, care, communication and professionalism by Marie and Franck. They were dream hosts and couldn't ask for anymore. The welcome basket to immediate response ensured our holiday was the success it was. What a truly stunning villa whereby the photos do not do it justice. Absolutely everything you could think of was present and more. The highlight of the Villa was the 10m swimming pool. What an absolute delight and perfect temperature to cool you down from the Spanish Sun. Location was great as didn't require a car to the beach (10 min walk) or Aldi (10 min walk). I couldn't recommend this Villa and hosts enough and I'm very confident you will make the right choice in choosing this stunning Villa.

Villa Carabela

The Villa was perfect for us. There were 7 of us aged between 1 and 81 and we had everything we needed, all appliances are of a high standard. The location is great too, not a tourist hot-spot but plenty of good bars and restaurants. Everyone loved the pool which seemed to be the perfect size.
