Όμορφη ιδιωτική βίλα με ιδιωτική πισίνα σε αγροτική περιοχή

Αυτή η όμορφη ανεξάρτητη βίλα βρίσκεται στην άκρη του φυσικού πάρκου El Valle y Carrascoy στη Murcia. Η απόσταση από τις όμορφες αμμώδεις παραλίες του Mar Menor είναι 20χλμ. Και μπορεί να φτάσει ο αυτοκινητόδρομος σε 20 λεπτά. Σε λίγα χιλιόμετρα υπάρχουν αρκετά γήπεδα γκολφ 18 οπών. Η βίλα βρίσκεται σε μια κατοικημένη περιοχή όπου μπορείτε να βρείτε επίσης ένα μπαρ-εστιατόριο. Μέσα σε λίγα λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο μπορείτε να φτάσετε στην τυπική ισπανική πόλη Balsicas όπου μπορείτε να πάρετε το τρένο για την Καρθαγένη, το Elche, το Αλικάντε και τη Μαδρίτη. Η βίλα έχει χτιστεί πρόσφατα και είναι πολύ ευρύχωρη και πρακτική. Όλα είναι σε ένα όροφο και το οικόπεδο είναι εντελώς επίπεδο, επομένως είναι κατάλληλο για χρήση αναπηρικών καρεκλών. Το σπίτι διαθέτει ευρύχωρη αίθουσα, μεγάλο σαλόνι με τζάκι, κουζίνα 20τμ εξοπλισμένη με όλες τις ανέσεις, 3 υπνοδωμάτια και 2 μπάνια. Ένα μπάνιο είναι en-suite με ντους και το άλλο μπάνιο έχει μια μεγάλη γωνιακή μπανιέρα. Το σαλόνι ανοίγει σε μια τεράστια βεράντα όπου βρίσκεται η πισίνα 4x8 μέτρων. Η πισίνα έχει ρωμαϊκά σκαλοπάτια στο ένα άκρο και μεταλλική σκάλα στη βαθιά πλευρά. Το οικόπεδο είναι πλήρως τοίχο. Η βίλα διαθέτει κλιματισμό με θέρμανση, πλυντήριο ρούχων, πλυντήριο πιάτων, συναγερμό, μπάρμπεκιου και χώρο στάθμευσης. Η βίλα είναι εξοπλισμένη για 6 άτομα.

The house have an excellent location. You have a big secluded garden with a lovely pool. Could be better and more comfortable furniture and there is a need for some painting. But, inside the house there are several things that makes it a dissapointment. There are mold in the closets, cracks in the floor, and generally the house inside need a renovation. Internet and television are not woorking. Very bad signal. Many of the pots are actually not healthy using because the teflon are gone. We had to wash things before we could use it because it was dirty. Probably because other renters did'nt clean good enough after them self. The caretakers was very nice and they tried to fix broken things and replace it. Generally, the host and caretakers are very sweet and welcoming, but dont expect a high standard. It's clearly just a tourist place in need of renovation in many areas

La villa esta en una zona muy tranquila. Mi familia y yo hemos disfrutado mucho de la piscina, hemos tenido dias de calor q esto ha hecho q lo llevaramos mejor. La cocina esta bien equipada, con todo lo necesario para poder pasar unos dias. Las camas muy comodas y amplios armarios en las habitaciones. La comunicacion es genial tanto con el propietario, Vicky y Andy, todos muy amables y serviciales. Muchas gracias a todos, recomiendo esta villa 100%.

we had a lovely 19 nights at this property, it served us well, we know the area so the location was just as we expected.We had our own car with so accessing supermarkets, places of interest, beaches etc was all very easy from the property as within minutes you’re on major roads.The area is quiet and privacy at the villa is great despite having plenty of neighbours.We were able to park our car securely off the road on the gated driveway.There was a bar/restaurant on site which we used occasionally and a cafe that we never got around to using but it did seem popular in the mornings.The Villa itself served us well, there were 5 of us and it was plenty spacious enough.There were a few ‘tired’ areas to some aspects of the property but we don’t stress about perfection, we were looking for sun, swim and privacy and we got them in abundance.We caught the train from Basilicas, (which is 10 min away) to Alicante, to hop the airport bus, to collect a family member, that was a cheap, relaxing trip if a tad slow!but a good option for getting to other places by train if needed.The key holder to the property was super helpful and there if we needed but allowed us to just crack on with our holiday.We have fond memories of our holiday.

Un petit coin de tranquillité

Très très très bon accueil. Maison au delà de nos espérances, piscine parfaite , nous avons apprécié le jardin clos car nous avons un chien. Le grand plus pour nous le silence et le calme incroyable. Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable, mon fils etait content car parc aquatique et plage de la lagune(beaucoup d’activités pour les enfants)a 30min . 2 bars sympas a côté de la maison.

Un coin de paradis... Que dire de plus , deux semaines de vrai dépaysement. Confort largement plus que décrit dans l'annonce, un vrai calme retrouver, tout a porté de voiture que ce soit pour Murcie ou les plages a proximité, a peine 20 min... Je recommande a 1000% et dès qu'on peut nous y retournerons.

Schöne Villa mit Pool

Wir sind als Familie zu sechst in diese schöne Villa für zwei Wochen verreist. Wir durften früher einchecken und wurden sehr herzlich von Victoria empfangen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Wir haben auch die Strände und Städte in der Nähe besucht und fanden vor allem die Nachtmärkte und Strände sehr schön. Viktoria hat uns sehr viele guter Tipps gegeben und hat immer sofort auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Es gab ein Problem mir einem Liegestuhl, der leider kaputt gegangen ist. Wir haben uns dann aber mit Rubin geeinigt und mussten einen etwas geringeren Teil zahlen, als der vorher gefordert wurde. Es gab auch ein Problem mit dem Pool, dieser wurde dann aber nach einem Tag auch behoben. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Good location

Golf, beaches, shopping all local, very good bar on-site for entertainment and good food. Villa was great for our stay. Will book again.

Correct

Logement propre, très bon accueil de Victoria , grande maison , communication avec le proprpiétaire très succinct, aucun commerce à proximité ( il faut faire au moins 20 km pour trouver un supermarché), région touristique très peu attractive, logement trop isolé de tout.

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay in our house. So far we have only received positive reviews and there are guests who come back every year Incidentally, the nearest supermarket in La Torre Golfresort is 5 km from our house and there are supermarkets in Balsicas and Roldaan at 7 and 10 km from our house respectively. For larger shopping malls you indeed have to drive further to San Javier. The house is somewhat remote but is wonderfully quiet. If you are looking for tourist attractions, this is not the right place. But you can enjoy a lovely walk if you drive a short distance onto the RM F13. Incidentally, the RM F13 is a beautiful shortcut to Murcia a lovely town to visit

A real hime from home

Just returned from a two week stay in this very well equipped and immaculate villa. Everything was as listed and the pictures really do not do it justice, this is a great villa for a family holiday and especially for those who need wheelchair access . Would definitely look to return again.

Lovely home and great holiday!

Our stay was really outstanding. We were in the home for 3 weeks with our 4 children and our dog, and we didn’t want for anything. Great amenities, and the host has thought of everything. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary cooking equipment, and the home has everything you need for a relaxing and stress free trip. The pool area was well maintained, and there are several loungers and chairs to enjoy the beautiful Spanish weather. The villa is very isolated, and the road to get there is a bit bumpy. We were glad we had our SUV to navigate the potholes, but it is well worth the drive. The pub nearby had good food and good company, and there was bread delivery daily. In addition, the key holders, who live next door, were so friendly and welcoming, bringing us jars of homemade jams and jellies and providing us with tips about the area. If you don’t mind a bit of a drive to get to town, then this is a great place to stay. The house is modern, has great WiFi, and is nice and quiet. Lots of interesting tourist destinations within a short drive, and beaches a bit less than a half hour. Thanks to the owner for providing such a great getaway for our large family. We had plenty of room, plenty of sun and and made many happy memories in your lovely holiday home.

Fantastic 2 week stay

Just left the villa after a fantastic 2 week holiday with my family, there were 4 adults, 1 teenager and a 8 year old. The villa is beautiful, very well equipped for 6 people, all mod cons including an nespresso machine (can buy the capsules at Aldi). Pool area is lovely everything you need for a chilled out day round the pool and also has a Gas BBQ and lovely seating area for outside dining. The key holders Adrian and Gill are lovely , really helpful and friendly. Gill even came to find if when we got a little lost on our arrival. The villa islocated about 20mins from San Javier where you will find a Mercendona, Aldi and Lidil but there if a spar and small consum in the town of Balsicas which is about 10min drive. This is on a very quiet urbanisation but this is just what we were looking for, there is a New York bar just around the corner from the villa, my daughter and boyfriend ate there a couple of times and they said the food was good. In summary had a lovely relaxing holiday and will definitely be back!

Two great weeks

Stayed for 2 weeks in June 2017. Place was lovely and very clean, pool was very welcoming on a hot day. Property had everything you could ask for. New York bar around the corner for nice food and a cool pint. Only downside to location was no shop within walking distance, but very quite urbanization.

Belle villa ! À recommander !

Belle villa , très propre proposant de belles prestations. La maison possède la climatisation ce qui est très important avec le beau temps de la région . La piscine est très agréable ! L'endroit est très calme Le propriétaire est très gentil et répond à toutes les questions . Nous recommandons vivement cette location si vous cherchez un endroit calme avec piscine à 20 kms de Murcia et à 20 kms de la plage la plus proche. De nombreuses choses à visiter : Murcia , carthagene, Mazzaron, Cabo de Palos, Alicante .... Merci beaucoup

Fantastic Villa

My husband, teenage children and their partners and I absolutely loved the villa. It was just perfect ! It was absolutely spotless. It had everything there that we needed, it's a really beautiful comfortable home, The neighbours/key holders were so helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed visiting the New Yorks bar on site. We know the area well so the location for us was perfect. I would definitely recommend and we will defiantly return . Communication was brilliant with the owner as was payment and confirmation of arrangement , you will not be disappointed.

Relaxing and fun

We had a great week in this villa and really enjoyed the pool which was the perfect size (8m x 4m) for our family of 6. The villa was spacious, very well equipped and very clean and tidy. There were plenty of English channels on the tv and wifi is now available even in the garden and around the pool. The keyholders, Adrian and Jill, were extremely kind and helpful; they gave us some good tips (like the bread-man delivery each day and the nearest beach). We would recommend the villa. Its location was good for us because we wanted to explore the region and it was quiet and relaxing.

A relaxing 2-weeks holidays in a super nice villa

We had a wonderful 2-weeks stay in this villa and found everything as described on the webpage. We had a car available during our stay which is essential in this rural area but allowed us to enjoy key attractions and activities in short driving time (beaches, Murcia, Cartagena, restaurants nearby, etc.). The key features of the villa for us were: • The house was extremely clean and tidy, it is well maintained, everything worked fine and reliably • The villa itself is spacious and very well equipped, the washing machine and dish washer a clear plus • The swimming pool was large and is a key feature of the house. It definitely ensured our very relaxing holidays • The keyholders, Adrian and Jill, were extremely kind and helpful; whenever we had a question regarding the house or the environment they were available • We found everything available (even to small details) and there was no need to search for anything • The owner(s) were very responsive on email and all questions were answered immediately The house does not have internet but we knew that in advance so it was no issue for us (it seems that the owners work on this issue at the moment). Overall, we had a very relaxing and super nice holidays and we would like to thank the owners again for this opportunity. A clear 5/5 rating!! We already discussed the possibility to come back next year and enjoy it again! Best wishes Andreas

Fantastic villa for comfort and relaxation

We have absolutely no complaints, everything was as good, or even better then expected. Really nice pool, and house well equipped. The house had everything that we needed and more. On top of that the neighbours who greeted us where extremely kind and friendly and made sure that we had all that we needed, even beach equipment. The communication with the owner has been great all through the process, and they have replied very fast on all requests that we have had. All in all everything has been superb. Only thing is that it is a bit isolated (fine with us - that's what we wanted)

The lovely surroundings, a lot of golf courses nearby, the beach is easy and quick to reach. Very good restaurants nearby. Murcia only 30 minutes’ drive. Nice neighbors.
