- In the winter the heating will be charged according to the real consumption. The price includes,bed linen, kitchen linen, towels, electricity, gas for cooling and hot water, final cleaning, free use of the pool and all the common areas. Use of the washing machine 5 euros. No smoking allowed inside the apartments.
