Why Julie chose Central City
This historic cottage was built during the Colorado Gold Rush days. It is a unique property with a beautiful view. The interior includes some rare antique and vintage pieces: wood stove, clawfooted tub... The whole atmosphere of Central City brings you back in time without a time machine!
What makes this Cottage unique
The great location of the cottage allows you to walk to all restaurants, casinos, museums, the opera and even to Blackhawk if you don't mind to walk a mile. If you are a history buff you will have a lot of sights to visit including Gilpin Historical Museum. If you enjoy architecture and art, you may want to visit the Central City Opera, Teller House Museum, and Face Bar and Restaurant. Ski resorts and hot mineral springs nearby make this historic house a great destination to explore and enjoy the area.
