Discover the best kept lodging secret in Breckenridge. Better than a condo or any other Breckenridge vacation rental. Enjoy a true Colorado experience in this Private Log House, right off ski hill road and 5 minutes from downtown. Our three bedroom, two bath rustic log home has a large kitchen, living room with a large stone fireplace, two decks and a private hot tub that overlooks the Arapahoe National Forest. Well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway in Breckenridge. However, we do not allow parties or possession of marijuana or drugs at the house.

The main floor also has the master bedroom and a full bathroom with laundry facilities. Upstairs are three bedrooms, one with a full-size bed and two with bunk beds. There is another full bath on the second floor. All the bedrooms have large windows which provide breathtaking views. Enjoy moose, elk and deer right out your back door.

This incredible location is minutes from the base of the Peak Eight ski area with convenient access to world-class skiing and snowboarding. You can enjoy snowshoeing or cross country skiing on the Peaks trail system which winds behind the property. Ice skating, sledding and horse drawn sleigh rides are just down the road. In the summer, enjoy mountain biking, hiking, fishing, boating on Lake Dillon and golf at the Jack Nicholas designed Breckenridge Golf Course.

Best of all, downtown Breckenridge is just down the hill. Easy access to all the shops, restaurants, galleries, and entertainment that this charming Victorian town has to offer. We are located close to the Breckenridge recreation center which has workout facilities, swimming, tennis, rock climbing and day care.

Our Ski vacation
It was a lovely stay. The owner was helpful. The navigational app did not show you going around the last turn to get to the property, so definitly look for that when getting. It was snowing when we got there but is pretty sharp got us safely. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace in the front den. I am sure it is a nice place to stay in the warmer months too. We apprecated the owner having firewood for us when we got there. I would request the heat turned up on the day of arrival, it was really cold that day and took a while to warm the house. Over all a really nice stay.

Beautiful hidden gem in Breck
Beautiful cabin, well decorated with nice touches inside, hot tub a bonus, host super responsive. I would return in a heartbeat. My entire family loved it. I'm giving 10 out of 10 stars. I'd recommend next guests renting AWD/4WD if staying in winter months as driving up/down the Slalom Drive could get traitorous in bad weather.

Excellent getaway with easy Breck access
We stayed six nights through the new year ('23-'24). This cabin is a beautiful getaway with easy access to Breckenridge! You feel immersed in the mountains, and a short drive to town gives you easy access to everything Breckenridge offers. The back of the property opens up to public land, so you feel like you have your own piece of the mountain to yourself. If we get the chance to come back to Breckenridge, this is the first place we will check for availability.
