Also note:
- i will provide refunds inside 60 days based on what I receive if I successfully rent to another party. Your payment will cover all charges for room occupation and there will be no additional occupancy fees or taxes charged. After payment is received by me, the resort will be expecting you. The front desk is open 24/7 and you just give them your name to check-in. A credit card will be required at check-in but will only be charged for unpaid incidental charges such as phone or DVD rentals if any (or in the implausible event you damage the unit). Official check-in time is 4pm though sometimes your unit will be ready before then. Check-out time is 11 am.
