Comprising five bedrooms sleeping nine people the villa also has a lounge, hallway and a separate kitchen. The villa has private parking . This villa is in a quiet residential area with access to the beach either via stairs, by car or by using the lift in the hotel Gavilanes which is approximately 5 minutes walking distance away. On the main floor there are two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 shower/room, kitchen, diningroom,living area. In the loft style apartment there is one double bedroom , one small single bedroom , living area, and 1 bathroom. In the villa, on the main floor, you have : fully equipped kitchen (microwaves,electrical hob and oven, dish-washer, kettle, toaster,etc.), washing machine and iron. The living area has 2 sofas, TV LCD, HiFi, DVD. Outside there is a private pool, terraced area, garden and patio with BBQ. Outside: Private swimming pool, with terrace, table, chairs, hammocks... Plants, barbecue. Utility Room: Towels and bed linen (regular change). Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaning : Twice a week.
