Notes on accommodation: All the rooms are air-conditioned, well laid out and light. Almost all the furniture has been custom built for the apartment. The owners have provided the top quality bed linens and towels for the comfort of the guests. The apartment has 2 balconies and a large private roof terrace to enjoy the uninterrupted, spectacular views. There is 24 hour on site reception, a meet and greet service and a welcome pack. The apartment inside is strictly non smoking, except for the roof terrace. Outside: There are 2 balconies and a wrap-around roof terrace all enjoying the sea and mountain views. There are two tables and 6 chairs on the roof terrace, a comfy seating area, plus two sunbeds for private sunbathing. The Melissa is part of the popular Emir Apartments complex sharing 2 swimming pools and a children’s pool. The maintenance team, keep the terrace areas and sample shrubs looking splendid. Utility Room: Washing machine, ironing board and iron, clothes airer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Pure cotton bed linen and excellent quality towels are provided. Twice weekly cleaning and linen change plus daily bathroom clean and emptying of bins. Other: A safe is provided for valuables. There is also free wi-fi access available from the apartment.
