• The interior of Villa ARICI is equipped with everything you could possibly need for your holiday. It has all the facilities of a true home from home. The furnishings have been tastefully selected to provide the utmost comfort, providing a special and truly relaxing environment. The accommodation comprises 2 double en-suite bedrooms, one twin/triple bedroom and a further twin bedroom. The master bedroom includes a walk in wardrobe. All other bedrooms have large wardrobes providing ample storage space and the second double bedroom includes a king size bed. There is a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge to allow the villa to accommodate 10 people if needed. There is a further WC cloakroom downstairs. All of the rooms are very spacious and airy. The kitchen is fully fitted with handmade wooden units and black granite work surfaces. There is a central island for cooking which looks towards the dining and seating areas. The dining area overlooks the terrace and pool and seats 8 people. Outside: The grounds of Villa Arici extend to 6,000 sq m with plants and tress surrounding the drive, house and terraces. The remainder of the land is planted with pomegranate trees. The area surrounding the swimming pool is grassed and planted with fruit trees and banana palms giving shade to some areas of the terrace. Closer to the pool are numerous plants and shrubs. The terrace surrounding the entire back of the house is totally covered and has table and chairs for 10 people and a brick built bbq. Alongside the bbq there is also a small table and chairs. The extensive terrace around the pool has 10 sunloungers. The pool itself is 9m x 7m, large enough for a proper swim. With no neighbours the pool is totally secluded, the only onlookers are the birds and goats on the mountain backdrop to the villa. Utility Room: The utility room houses the washing machine and central heating boiler. Plus storage space for the iron, ironing board and vacuum. Beach towels for 10 are also stored here. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided including a spare set for every room. There are also 10 beach towels. The property is cleaned prior to arrival and additional cleaning can be arranged. Other: The games room includes a pool table, a games compendium and a good selection of board games and jigsaws. There is also a large selection of books to read and a number of Turkey guides and maps. There is a downstairs cloakroom and wc.
