The main bedroom, king size bed with a shower and sink, it overlooks the sea with far reaching views of the English Channel. Victorian bedroom, double bed. bedroom 4, daybed which converts into a double bed. Bedroom 3, king size bed with shower and sink. Bedroom 2, double bed. Bedroom 1, single day bed with TV/DVD The bedroom in the garden flat has two three foot single beds, which may be used as a queen sized bed. The sitting room has a large double sofa bed. Large Kitchen/dining area in Garden Flat. Two courtyards at front and rear Shower room. Flat is self contained and has its own exit to the street and to the rear courtyard. It can also be accessed internally should both house and flat be rented at the same time. Outside: The Garden Flat has access to the front courtyard. Both courtyards are available to guests who rent both the garden flat and the main house, those guests may also use the barbecue in the rear courtyard. outdoor furniture is available in both courtyards. the owner is delighted to offer guests use of their beach hut. Use of beach hut is however subject to discussion with the owner at the time of booking. there is a small charge for this facility. Both courtyards are private and are surrounded by various flowering plants.
