Ask a questionAbout Paul Bailey
Hello, I'm Paul Bailey, husband of Sara and dad to Hannah and James. As a former outdoor education teacher I have always loved Wales with all it has to offer in the natural environment and the activities available. We frequently visit here for the canoe racing at Canolfan Tryweryn.
Paul Bailey purchased this Cottage in 2014
Why Paul Bailey chose Llanuwchllyn
The opportunity which arose to acquire a lovely traditional stone cottage gave me a project to renovate it to a standard which I'm sure you'll enjoy. The easy access through stunning scenery, quaintness of the cottage ,ideal location and the extra bonus of an excellent pub/restaurant next door makes it a winner. We love the rural atmosphere, warm welcome and breathtaking mountain surroundings. See the reviews by our guests who verify why our cottage ,Ty Isa, is so attractive in itself and how the central location is great for accessing all that North and Mid-Wales has to offer.
What makes this Cottage unique
We enjoy the sense of history of the cottage itself and being right in the centre of Welsh culture in Llanuwchllyn. A cosy retreat that helps you unwind so peacefully.
