Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to afford to offer refunds for cancellations due to COVID-19. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
We do not accept bookings for groups under the age of 30. Also, guests who wish to book Eden must have a minimum of 2 reviews on Airbnb.
