We enjoyed 23 wonderful years raising our children, living and working in Collaroy in Sydney but we both felt that the time had come for a change of pace. Art, wine and the Australian countryside combine in a wonderful way in Pokolbin and we have combined all three with the pleasure of providing accomodation on our 30 acre property in the heart of the vineyards. Watershed Gallery is adjacent to the cottage and will provide an additional interest for guests visiting the region. We want to provide an interesting experience for visitors and we are excited to be seeing our vision come to fruition.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.
