Very friendly and courteous staff. My 3 bedroom 4.5 bath residence was a bit dated but overall very nice accommodations Really good location with easy access to beaches and downtown. I would definitely recommend.

The residences are now quite old and due for refurbishment. The hotel grounds and facilities are beautiful and dining options are superb. I'd recommend staying in the hotel until the residences are refurbished.

Amazing staff, this place is beautiful. So thoughtful and great. Pool facilities fabulous. Loads of restaurants - you never need to leave. Great for kids; we have a two year old and she loved it.

We stayed in an apartment in the Residences complex. The apartments are very dated and under-equipped for a family. This is especially relevant to the kitchen, there were not even cereal bowls to have breakfast. The staff were amazing and the room was very clean. The main hotel looks superb so please be mindful of there being a difference.

What i didnt like was there was any walkinh dostmace grocery shopping, we had to order via careem or go by taxi to the shops, the only nearby shop was on ground level where you can buy your essentials but not juch variety. Staff were lovely, helpful, close by restaurants were slightly expensive. House keeping came every morning. Swimming outdoor and indoor excellent facilities.

Wonderful stay - did not disappoint.

When we arrived, we checked in with little hassle and our room (603) had a nice view and it was very clean. There were a quantity of activities you could do, for example swimming or taking a walk around the premises. We had no problems during our stay and the convenience store was very good. If you did have a problem, it would have been quickly resolved with helpful staff and room service. It was a very nice experience that I would recommend to others. I would most definitely stay here again if I could.

Mye for pengene!

Bodd både på hotellet og i leilighetene her. Ettersom vi ikke har behov for frokost og middag låst til et sted har vi landet på at leilighetsdelen er perfekt for oss. Relativt rimelig, alle fasiliteter er inkludert (basseng, spa, trening) i tillegg til at det er daglig renhold med bytte av håndklær osv. Leilighetene er litt daterte og gammeldags, men ganske så hele og pene sammenlignet med andre utleieenheter i denne prisklassen og romslige med gode senger. Bassengområdet er utrolig fint og passer perfekt både for barnefamilier og voksne.

This is our favourite place to stay in Dubai. The hotel Is lovely. The Residence (adjacent to the main hotel) is ideal for families. We had a two bedroom apartment which had loads of space for us. Kitchen was ideal and the washing/ drying facilities were really handy. Only negative was the Indian restaurant. The staff are friendly and the setting is great but the food was disappointing especially for the price. Apart from that it was, as usual, a great few days.
