The area of 'Villa La; Mattinata' is very green and wooded, close to a free green area that leads directly to the beach passing under the pine forest. You can enjoy tranquility and silence, despite being within walking distance of bars and supermarkets.
There is also a beach reserved for dogs and their owners 10 minutes away on foot.

Primo soggiorno a Lignano Sabbiodoro, che si è rivelato essere molto piacevole. La casa, frazione di altri 3 appartamenti, è sita in una calle molto tranquilla. Giardino molto carino e pratico. Gli spazi della casa sono adeguati e giusti per 4 persone massimo. Noi eravamo in 3 più cane e nessuno si è sentito oppresso. Unico neo, ma qui si tratta di gusto personale, è la mancanza del piatto doccia, ma avendo il pavimento del bagno convesso, lo scarico è direttamente nella pavimentazione. Da consigliare alle famiglie con bambini che necessitano anche di spazio esterno e un break dalla spiaggia. Da tornare in futuro
