Brand new renovation, completed 3/23! One bedroom with a great ocean view. COMFORTABLE king bed as well as a queen sleeper sofa. Gorgeous new stand up shower with rain fall fixture, with an additional sprayer. 55" smart tv in the living room and a 32" smart tv in the bedroom. The villa has a fully functional kitchen with anything needed to cook meals.
Located in Seaside Villas, 4 buildings down the beach from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. Direct beach access on the property. Seaside Villas is not pet friendly, the management company is very strict and there are $500.00 fees per day per pet.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We offer initial grocery shopping that will be set up for you upon arrival for a fee of $35. We can also leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

Excellent couple’s getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations are exactly as described. The location is very convenient, clean, and safe. Easy to get to the beach. Just the right size for two people but could accommodate 4. The host checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed. We hope to stay here again when we return for our annual HHI getaway. We highly recommend this property!
