Why Barbara Joseph chose Wilmington
This house has been a labor of love. We purchased it in 1997 before kids. Renovated down to the studs in most rooms. We have enjoyed many years year round here. Our girls are currently in college. We still use the house but we also travel so we love sharing our special place with others who are looking to make great memories as well!
