This property is convenient to almost everything on the island. It's 5 minutes to the Stop and Shop, town,and two beaches. It's .2 mile to the Surfside bike path. Waterfowl abound in the pond, which is 50 feet from the house. And, it's so peaceful you will think you are in a rural area.
