The first floor includes 2 lounges, kitchen, main bathroom & half bathroom.

The first lounge - The formal lounge is open planned with dining area, ideal for family gatherings. Chesterfield sofas with large feature chandelier pendants dress this g modern beach feel home. The property is tastefully decorated in hues of aqua to providing a perfect backdrop to this home near the sea.

Second family lounge leads to the kitchen which is equipped with integrated appliances including washing machine, microwave, dishwasher & fridge freezer. The central Island is ideal for breakfasting. Crockery, plates, pots & pans are all provided for your use during your stay.

The family bathroom is fully tiled and includes a large shower enclosure. The half bathroom is located next to this. Both complete with vanity units for storage.

The second floor houses 4 large double bedrooms one of which is a queen bed. All bedrooms benefit from wall lights for added comfort allowing you to read your favourite novel.

The property benefits from gas central heating & WIFI is included. Iron, ironing board & hairdryer ate also provided.

Great Location in Whitley Bay
Loved the spot, property is very nice and roomy, but could use more attention to cleaning between stays. Not bad, but enough to bring the overall rating down to four.

The property is super spacious, light & airy. The coast and surrounding coastal areas such as Tynemouth a short drive away/ walk away. Whitley Bay beach is less than 5 minutes away.

There are some fantastic local business offering quality food within walking distance.

Station Rd metro station is less than a minutes walk from the apartment allowing easy travel by metro yo visit coastal areas as well as Newcastle city centre.
