Fantastic ocean views from this recently remodeled one bedroom villa in the heart of Hilton Head Island. Beautiful kitchen with full sized stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Bathroom features a full stand up shower and 2 showerheads. Cozy bedroom with comfy queen bed and flat screen TV. Living room features a queen sleeper and large flat screen TV. Cable and WiFi included.

The villa is located in Seaside, an ocean front complex in walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We offer initial grocery shopping that will be set up for you upon arrival for a fee of $35. We can also leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

Beautiful Condo/Great Location
Everything was exactly as described online. Perfect for a couple's retreat. Parking lot, elevator and unit location are very convenient. Balcony is a good size with excellent new patio furniture with a great view of the ocean. Beach is only a few minutes' walk from unit. Conveniently located to nearby Coligny Plaza. Excellent and quick communication with Kendall. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to others,

2 day getaway , condo was great, clean and had everything we needed! Host were wonderful and checked to make sure all was good. The view of the ocean is beautiful. Will definitely rent this unit again

Birthday Getaway
We drove to Hilton Head for my wife’s birthday weekend. The weather was great and we enjoyed our time on the beach and great food at the various restaurants. The condo was comfortable and location was a short walk through the dunes to the beach. Coligny Plaza was a short drive away. The temps were too hot to walk. Overall we had a very enjoyable four nights. The hosts were good regarding communication.
