I enjoyed Susan's wonderful beach front property with two friends for 5 days. We were all on a short vacation break from our busy work and just wanted to relax. This is the perfect place where to do just that. Although we took advantage of the beach, we also relaxed a lot on the outside patio, which was very comfortable. We had one rainy day, which was not a problem since the wide windows allow you to have a great view of the sea from inside the cottage. My friends cook a lot and enjoyed Susan's well appointed kitchen. We shopped around a bit and found great food shops nearby (by car). As it was September, it was very quiet and we slept very well. What more can you ask for? Thank you very much, Susan!
Isabelle, it was so nice to meet you all. Thank you for your wonderful review about our beachfront home away from home property!
We hope to see you again sometime in the future!
Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us!
The location was ideal. The property had everything we needed. The sunrises were unforgettable.
Thank you for your wonderful review! Hope to see you again!
We just got back from an amazing stay at 40 Wavelet! Upon arrival, first thing we noticed is how nice and clean the unit was! Can't say enough as this property, it has such a wonderful vibe, the property was well maintained for a rental, and the view from the unit we stayed in (top floor) was incredible! Everything is close by, walk to the pier yet you are away from the crowds! Loved the fireworks from the beach! We also loved going to Sheila's in the morning and the owners were kind and friendly. We took a ride to have lunch on the ocean in Biddeford and hit up Bayley's for lobster dinner! Do try the lobster bisque if you go! We even brought some home! We hope we are fortunate to come back again but only if we can stay here! Thank you for the wonderful stay Susan!
Stacy, Thank you so very much for this fantastic review! We are so happy that you loved your stay and would rent again! We’d be so happy to have you rent again!
Cute beach house with plenty of room for family of four. Beach area very clean and not overcrowded. Will definitely try to book this location again.
Thank you for the positive review. Hope to see you again. We also love this part of the beach. AWAY from the crowds! A bonus!!
Stay in touch!
Great location on the beach, perfect for families and couples!
The house was clean and had great views of the beach. It is located in a quiet section of Old Orchard Beach. The busy pier is visible from the home, but far away enough to enjoy some peace and privacy. The owner (Susan) was very responsive and attentive to our questions. We highly recommend this property and will definitely return.

It is home to The Sea Dogs! (Red Sox). It is a quaint little city with many offerings.
