Our beautifully appointed six bedrooms and four baths (7 rooms with beds) features many desirable amenities. This begins with a year-round spa room where you can simply enjoy the rising steam of the steam room and sauna. Or perhaps, simply slip through the swimming pool and hot tub. It’s your day off. Nestled in Country Club Estates, a more pristine and serene setting is hard to imagine. Perhaps it is the understanding that life can indeed be satisfying at a slower pace. Perhaps it’s because people seem to take more time with one another. Perhaps it is a home where you can get together. Because here at Splendid View Lodge, the amenities provides memorable settings for our renters.

What makes this Lodge unique

The home is a resort of its own. You can be on the Upper floor and enjoy the expansive deck and the view of the mountain tops, trees and the forest. The great room has large windows to see the view from the kitchen, dining area and living area. In case you want to play, relax and enjoy the spa room, it is just downstairs. The game room and spa room is separated only by the glass double door. When the double door is open, it is a big play room. If you want to be outside ,The home is walkable to the river where you can paddle boarding, swimming, picnicking, hiking and more. There is a trail along the river where you can immerse yourself in nature while hiking. During the summer, South Lake Tahoe flea market is open on weekends is just four blocks from the house . There are quaint coffee shops, breakfast restaurants like The Getaway Cafe, Meyers Downtown Cafe, Bob Dog Pizza and Freel Perk Coffee Shop and grocery ( Holiday Market) less than three miles towards town of Myers. Less than four miles to the "Y" ( Raley's market, K mart, starbucks, etc.) Lake Tahoe Golf Course is less than a mile from the house.
