NEWLY UPDATED! Take in the amazing views from almost every room of this townhome! Located directly on the Sabine Bay, with an unobstructed view of the Gulf. Fishing, boating and swimming are just steps away - dock is available for guests to tie up their boat!

This charming, three-story town home is complete with a lower level sun room and three-bedrooms on the top level. After entering into the lower level sun room (note: does not have A/C in this room) the stairway will take you to the main living area, with a fully equipped kitchen, Bay view living space, as well as a Gulf view living and dining area. On the top level you will find two bedrooms facing the Bay, one bedroom with a queen bed and the second with 2 twins. The bedrooms share a full hallway bath. The spacious master bedroom has incredible views of the Gulf, a large king bed, as well as flat screen TV.

With nearby restaurants such as Peg Leg Pete's, this home is the perfect place for your entire family!

Wonderful vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Tree House #394 for a week, the rental was fantastic! The location is absolutely fabulous with the bay right outside the door and the gulf is a short walk across the street to the boardwalk, lovely!I also liked that there was a designated parking spot under the unit so we didn't have to worry about finding a place to park when we returned from an outing (we previously stayed at a condo building where upon returning we were lucky to find a spot).The rental agency is easy to work with and nearby.We would rent this unit again!

Beautiful Beach Property

It was perfectly situated with easy access to all things from the beach to restaurants to the bayside. The house was so clean and well was so comfortable with space to all be together or to spread out. We loved having the option to view the bayside and the ocean from the townhouse. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Good Location - Unit needs some TLC
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit could really use some TLC. Sadly only one inside door locked, the upstairs bathroom. If you are looking to vacation with kids you don't want them barging into your room or the down stairs bathroom as none of these doors had working locks sadly this is not the unit for you. This may seem like a small thing but it was VERY annoying to have zero privacy and the fear of someone coming into while your changing and having two families in the house. It also rained a few days during out stay and the master bedroom has a leak through the wall near the window. The back door to the balcony area would let lots of water in unless the door was bolted even if closed. Lastly the photos show an area downstairs with a TV and some wicker couches that opens up to the back area of the location. We thought a teenager or two with an air mattress would get some desired privacy downstairs as a makeshift bedroom with a TV but when we arrived it was a surprise to find out this area is not climate controlled. The photos of the unit made it look like this was a downstairs living area but it was totally unusable except for our beach gear. I wish the marketing info or description online told you that area was not airconditioned living space or left that photo off so i was not expecting it to be a living area that was usable. When i shared this same info to Paradise beach homes they shared there is a code regarding the year units were built and an inability to have AC on a lower level. totally fine and understand the limitations but please update the online ad to share this. We love the location of this unit which was close to a walk over and peg leg petes and have enjoyed staying with Paradise Beach Homes for many years. I will say i shared these notes with them and they were receptive just wish i had read a review like this before choosing this location as it is really expensive to take a week vacation right now.

It made the week as there was a lot of seaweed in the ocean while we were there. We bought floats and floated out in the back more then we went across to the oceanside. The sunsets every night were breathtaking!
