This is our 2nd time here and love it. Improvements do get made which is nice, there was a new bed :) only thing we would say is a bbq would be lovely (as such a big terrace) and worth asking for an extra gate fob :)

Clean, tidy apartment in good location
Third time we have stayed in this apartment and we think it’s great. It’s nicely located on the quieter side of the apartment complex and only a short walk to the harbour and beach.
The improvements made to the apartment since we last used it were good - love the new walk in shower and the new bed in the main bedroom.
Linda is a great host
Most amazing position by Port,Beach,and pool.

Probably best position of any apartment in the development. Large private terrace with good outlook. Very comfortable bed. Nice furniture.
Owners, and the property managers, must have worked hard to improve the place as I saw none of the negative issues I read in earlier reviews. It was all really good.

Short stroll and your world opens up
We have just returned from a 6 week holiday and although the apartment had a couple of minor issues which can easily be addressed I would highly recommend this property. The location is right next to the beach and a minute's walk from the main Port where all the bars and restaurants are located. The terrace is south west facing and is really protected from the strong winds which can come in from the sea. It is a pet friendly apartment and both of our dogs loved lying on the terrace or enjoying playing on the beach or walking along to Sabanillas or Castillo. We hope to return to a Duquesa next winter and hopefully enjoy as much sunshine as we have just experienced.

Duquesa is a marina situated half way between Marbella and Gibraltar. This Marina is really one of the best in Europe. Nestled between 2 clean blue flag beaches, with beach bars. The port of Duquesa is a million miles away from the hustle and bustle, you would normally expect from the Costa Del Sol. Having said this don't be fooled into thinking this is a backwater resort with nothing to offer.
The port boasts a wide choice of amenities, supermarkets, banks, top class restaurants including, Chinese, Indian, Italian, Mexican and of course Spanish. Also an Italian Ice cream shop and numerous bars.
Across the road from the Marina is is Duquesa Golf & Country Club.
Duquesa is the place to be seen, have fun for both families, couples and golfers.
It is Costa Del Sols best kept secret.
