Fall Break
Great location! Felt remote, but actually is located a short bike ride to everything. My ONLY surprise was that the water was a pretty long walk through the dunes, on sand. So make sure you have everything you need...there’s no running back to the house to grab something. BUT, we could always access another beach access down the road.
Made some fun memories! I highly recommend!

Dune Watch is a Gem at Grayton Beach
This beach house is the perfect place for relaxation. It is comfortable and well maintained. The location lends itself to beautiful views of dunes, beach and mesmerizing sunsets. It is off the main streets making it quiet yet easily accessible and within walking or biking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc. Dune Watch is a treasure in paradise that I would definitely recommend to others although I want to keep the secret all to myself -)). Red Bar and Chiringo were my favorite restaurants this trip. Zoo Gallery always provides a fun, unique shopping venture.

Beautiful View of Sea and Dunes
This is a perfect location with unobstructed view of the dunes and sea. Beach house is nicely decorated, well stocked, fairly newly renovated. We love the spot and have stayed many times.

GRAYT HOUSE!
Beautiful ocean and sunset views on quiet street overlooking protected dunes. Walking distance to Red Bar. Best shower water pressure of any place we have ever stayed. New beds are extremely comfortable - we slept great! Attractive decor and updated kitchen with very quiet dishwasher. Kitchen was well stocked - only missing a vegetable peeler. Loved the ice cream puzzle! Only one suggestion: blackout shades for those that like to sleep in on vacay. Otherwise, this house exceeded our expectations. Our family of five would definitely rent again!
