Cosy house in 104 Reykjavik

The house is 36 m2 - 370 square feet . Recently restored with new furnishings.
The house is in quiet neighborhoud next to Laugardalur valley. In Laugardalur valley is the largest geothermal swimingpool of Reykjavík. To city center with public transport withch stop just 200 m from the house. The house is small and cosy and have a private parking in front of the house. The house has everythingyou need, fully equipped kitchen with diswasher, flat screen, free Wi-Fi, doubel bed, a sleepinf sofa and a bathroom with a shower.
The house is separate from the mainhouse so it's completely privat for you to use as wish. But we are always willing to help out as much as we can.
Bus from airport Gray-line stopp at Holtagardar station an ther from is ca 12 - 14 min. walk to our house. They have also many day toors.

Just perfect
It is truly a cozy house with all the amenties. The location was perfect, on a quiet street, but close downtown. The bed was comfy as can be, the house was very clean and nicely decorated. We especially enjoyed the lovely paintings. I would highly recommend this property. Iceland is simply amazing.
