Great location. Condo was perfect for us!
The condo was great. Just as described. The location is awesome. We would definitely stay there again. Communication with the owner was seamless.
Beautiful, quiet area
The condo/townhouse was on a very quiet street. It was very clean and nicely decorated in UGA fashion. While it is dog friendly there was no hint of any smells associated with animals. We were in town for our daughter's wedding and enjoyed the relaxing deck and comfortable couches and beds. Would definitely stay again when in Athens.

Very nice property . Quiet off of golf course. Very clean.
We were here on business and was very close and easy to get anywhere in Athens. All of the neighbors were very quiet. Would rent again given the opportunity

Clean and quiet; good value
This was the perfect place for us to get away during a busy week. It has everything we needed. I especially enjoyed the natural, quiet surroundings and the small deck off the kitchen (great for sipping morning coffee). The beds and pillows are primarily memory foam, which took a little getting used to but were comfortable. It is well stocked with plenty of fresh towels, soap, dish soap, etc. Aesthetically, the lower level is fantastic but the upper level shows its age (carpet, wallpaper, etc.), but this did not affect us.

Great stay in Athens!
My daughter and her roommate stayed here for 10 days while they were between apartment leases but still in school and their pre-season soccer training. It was perfect. Clean, comfortable, great location- close to downtown and athletic venues but not right on top of downtown craziness. It was quiet and located in a nice condo complex. Very comfortable beds (even the sofa bed!). Well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, etc. spacious kitchen and bedrooms. We will definitely stay here again!
