Beautiful View and great management
This place is great! The view is amazing. I could have sat on either one of the decks all day enjoying the beach. Place was clean and was stocked with everything we needed. The location is great too. There is something to do all around you.
Perfect beach relaxation!
Our family loved our stay in this townhouse. It’s perfectly located right on the beach and in a quiet area of Seagrove. The townhouse is very clean and well furnished with everything, including beach towels which is great for having less to pack. The owners are very responsive to any questions and great to work with. Would recommend and hope to return!
You can't beat the location of this property and I love that there is an automatic feature that cuts the HVAC off if the door is open. The weather this year was just incredible, probably one of the best years of the past 15.
This unit had a well stocked kitchen which is an important consideration for us when we come to the beach.
Any minor issues were quickly addressed by owners. If you're looking for a small place right on the beach with incredible views and easy access to the beach this is the place for you.
We enjoyed our stay right on the beach! The condo was cute and clean and the owners supplied all the little extras! Comfortable beds and linens. It was nice to have beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels supplied for us. Can't wait to return to Seagrove!
We enjoyed our stay! The beach view and access is great. I appreciate the flashlights being there as well as batteries. Beach chairs came in handy too! Carpet is not my favorite flooring in a beach house and the stairs are steep but the handrails are strong! I like a little cooler AC vs the supplied fans. Overall we would stay there again.

We’re glad you enjoyed the unbelievable views from both the Living Room and the Master Bedroom of “Right on the Beach!” We of course agree, as this is the main reason we bought our Walton Dunes unit – the views surely cannot be beat. We especially enjoy having a mile of beach to our east that is and will remain undeveloped because it is State Park land! Our morning walks and evening views are the kind that are hard to find nowadays.
Regarding the carpet, we chose to have carpet for multiple reasons – it helps keep sand off of and out of the furniture and the beds, making relaxing much easier (nothing worse than sand in the bed when you’ve had too much sun!) but also we feel it is safer than having hardwood or tile stairs that become frighteningly easy to slip on given the sandy nature of a beachfront home. Just a little sand on a hardwood or tile staircase can lead to an unfortunate fall, whereas carpet goes a long way to avoid this risk since it is not slippery with a little sand on it.
We note you mention the A/C in your review. We wish you had called during your stay. Several years ago, we installed an energy management system at “Right on the Beach” as a part of an effort to “go green”. Postings in the unit inform guests of this system and explain how it works. It allows guests who wish to enjoy the sound of the waves to do so without the A/C freezing up from the excess humidity. If windows or doors are left open, the A/C turns itself off temporarily until the window or door (or both) are closed, upon which it restarts itself. The thermostat clearly shows when a door or window is open. Infrequently, this confused with a faulty A/C, which it is not.
Our entire A/C system is less than 2 years old and is under full warranty. We have already contacted our A/C vendor and will address any issues they may find, if any.

I have spend a week at Walton Dunes for 34 years. By far these units have the best location; private beach access, and Gorgeous view. Unit 15 met all expectations and them some. Very clean and great accommodations!
Nestled back away from traffic, with only the sounds of the surf at night. Enjoy quiet mornings with coffee and flaming red sunsets with a cocktail - all viewed from your private decks overlooking the whitest sand you can imagine. Truly paradise. Come and enjoy our relaxed and comfy beach house.
