Enjoy the sunset from your own private, spacious balcony. The views of the Gulf of Mexico from this condo are incredible! Situated right on the beach, the unit is centrally located for all the things you want on a beach vacation. Sterling Reef is located on the corner of Front Beach Road and Alf Coleman. You are near great entertainment and dining and have easy access to Back Beach Road. Shipwreck Island Waterpark is visible from the condo and is a very short walk away. Pier Park with its great shopping, restaurants, and IMAX is minutes away. The new Bay County Fishing Pier is next door so you can walk your fishing pole over from the unit. Cook your own ‘catch of the day’ on the available gas grills! Beach rental equipment with jet skis, pontoons, etc. is located beachside in front of the building. Our covered parking deck is attached to the building.

Our unit is on the 14th floor offering a fantastic view of the beach! Primary bedroom has its own oceanfront balcony entrance. Fall asleep listening to the waves crashing upon the beach. Second bedroom has a queen sized bed. Condo includes a brand new queen sized sleeper sofa. Enough room for 6 to sleep comfortably.

Beach Service is included! 2 chairs and an umbrella already on the beach to enjoy! Available March 1st - October 31st only.

The unit has a Keurig and regular coffee maker. So bring your k-pods.

We are active owners who respond quickly to all communications. Unlike hotels and managed properties, you will have us available via text for all your questions. Send a text and get a response. I want your vacation to be as enjoyable as I would my own.

We continue to work towards improving the condo. In January we purchased a new sleeper sofa. New lamps and end tables to match the coffee table. Other recent updates to the condo include new paint throughout the unit and new stainless steel appliances give the kitchen a new look and feel. New captain chairs and bar-height dining table on the balcony. Dine outside while taking in the breathtaking views of the beach, pier, and ocean! Other recent updates include new black out drapes, black out curtains in the guest bedroom, large TV for the master bedroom, large comfortable chair in the living room, and new dishes and silverware in the kitchen!

Sterling Reef has 2 brand new higher speed elevators! Elevators are always a challenge at the beach, imagine new elevators to quickly deliver you to your floor.

No surprise fees. The nightly rate plus a cleaning fee and reservation packet is what you pay.
