Good location
Overall very good property close to downtown, cafe, stores, beach restaurants and natural swimming pool and beach. The neighbour's dog barks at night if you light sleeper you need ear plugs, and street noice other than that perfect stay,

Central location
Excellent communication and information from Catarina. 2 min walk to ocean and swimming spot. Great restaurant across the street Cais 20. The place was very clean with lots of linens and towels and 2 bathrooms. It is a tall thin house with 3 floors and lots of stairs. Garage is available but tight to get in. 25 min walk to Ponta Delgada. Lots of cats around who leave their business on the balcony bit of a downside.

Great place!
My father and I had a beautiful stay here! The place is very clean and has a good amount of space, and our host was so helpful and friendly - she made sure we had everything we needed, and she gave us recommendations on all the good places to visit and where to eat. (There’s a restaurant across the street called Cais 20 which I would highly recommend! Best fish I’ve had in my entire life.) The roads in the Azores are very narrow compared with what we are used to in North America, and we found it was difficult to navigate our rental car in and out of the small garage, so we parked in a free parking lot by the water which was only a 2 minute walk away. You may find this option easier if you’re not used to driving in the Azores. :) I highly recommend staying at this property!
