We bought this property off plan for the purpose to rent on a long term investment basis. Living in this area for 20 years, we know the area very well, and thought this would be the ideal location for a rental apartment. Having rented for 9 years, we think we made a good decision!
What makes this Apartment unique
This property is rare on this Avenue. It is the only residential building on this part of the Avenue. With views of the marina and a large terrace, it is the best place to be on a warm summers evening. Whether having an aperitif before going out to dinner or relaxing after a hard day on the beach with friends.

The location near to the station, marina, market, beach & plenty of places to eat, makes this an ideal base for one or two weeks in our favourite place. The property is a good size for 2 couples and plenty of balcony space to enjoy meals together.
A super apartment in an ideal location
The description of the apartment was accurate in layout, facilities, location.
Two bathrooms were ideal. The property was well maintained; the kitchen was "home from home" and fully equipped for cooking for a family. We were a party of two friends so ate out most of the time but really enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every day and people watching too.
Amanda couldn't have been more accommodating. We arrived at 11 30 a.m. which wasn't a problem. She allowed us leave our suitcases while she made sure everything was ready.
The location is perfect; the station is about 8 minutes away from the apartment and the beach is about 10 minutes walk away.
There are two restaurants we would recommend; Les Chineurs which is a modern brasserie and The Restaurant Aubergine a typical French restaurant.
We had a great holiday and would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family.

This apartment is very comfortable and is in close walking distance from the old part of Antibes. We missed our flight connection in Paris and arrived 12 hours later than expected. Amanda was great and left the apartment keys at our car lease desk at the Nice Airport so we could get into the unit at midnight. Thank you, Amanda!
This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment. It is well located, well kept, Amanda and company go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. I can't rave enough about it.
Antibes is situated between Nice and Cannes, perfect for exploring the Cote d’Azur and Provence. The famous Port Vauban, a beach & Fort Carre is a 5 minute walk away from the apartment. The old town of Antibes (Vieil Antibes), with its cobble stoned streets, has a famous Provencal market and the Picasso museum. Nearby Juan les Pins is perfect for evening entertainment with its Casino, bars and restaurants. It is 40km from Monaco and 14km from Nice Airport.
