Sally is an accountant whilst Andrew manages our rentals property portfolio after a career in Logistics. As Experienced Owner Managers we try to work to a simple philosophy of ensuring good standards and practices. One of our advantages is that we are not a managing agent looking after 10 or 20 properties, none of which we personally own ! As owners of a single property, together with a super efficient cleaning lady and team, we aim to please our guests with good standards of cleanliness and upscale furnishings in a well priced rental package. The Boring Detail : Our cleaner works to a check sheet inter rental, whilst all fixtures and fittings are monitored and we plan scheduled maintenance or replacement on everything from valves and faucets to major appliances on a structured basis. All the main components, systems and appliances such as the A/C are on maintenance service contracts. COMPLIANCE INFORMATION: License DWE5403062 State of Florida Department of Business and professional Regulation. Registered and Remitting Tourist Development Tax with Monroe County and Florida State Sales Tax. We also hold the VRE-17-15 status approval.

There are Tennis courts, Free dedicated private WI-FI - SUPERFAST 70-100 mbps, a Beach which has lovely mature breezy Palm Trees. Tikki Shelters for shade from the Sun, lots of Sun- Loungers. Walkways down into the Ocean, Snorkelling at the waterfront around the rocks. There's a 600 foot Fishing Pier and adjacent wading flats for the fisherperson. Waterside Barbecues, a Saltwater Lagoon with swimming platforms for the children. whether you are 8 or 80. Active or wanting to relax. It is simply a lovely location. The whole 20 acre community is Gated for Privacy and has a manned Security Gate 24/7. Parking is close to the building. * Our Condo apartment is Furnished to a high standard. It is light and airy we are sure you will enjoy the Arts and ‘Tropical Style’ design themes in the property. * Hygiene standards - We have a good cleaning lady who keeps it immaculate. * Structured maintenance happens several times a year, we use the place ourselves frequently, so the property is not just a PURE RENTAL. *The kitchen has a range of all the small equipment so often missing in rental properties. You will feel comfortable about being able to cook proper meals and feel as though you are at home. * Spacious = 123m2 / 1325 sq feet all on one level - check out the size of virtually any other two bedroom property in the Keys - ALL are considerably smaller in design. * Open plan format in living space enhances sense of space. * Elevated Views from 4th floor balcony in an Oceanfront locale - see the pictures. * All on one level with elevator access helpful for more mature guests or anyone with mobility issues * Away from the noise of busy US1 - most rental accommodation and hotels are adjacent the main highway in the Keys. There’s a true sense of serenity and tranquillity in our location
What makes this Condo unique
We had been visiting the Florida Keys for many years and spent time looking for a suitable property to purchase which would offer a range of quality amenities, lots of space and a tranquil location in the Sunshine. We also wanted somewhere that was central so we could visit Miami easilly if needed, but which wasn't three and a half hours from the international airport ! Our choice was eventually easy after reviewing every condominium community from Key West, through Marathon and upto Key Largo. We even rented some properties to test the locations for potential purchase and living in those locations. We settled on Kawama Tower owing to the unique combination of location as it is central to everything. Then the amenities within the community are super nice, all maintained and just what we were looking for. In combination, all of these elements make an attractive destination to visit. Both for us as owners, and for you as guests looking for quality accommodation for your vacation.

Good spot to land while we visited Everglades and Biscayne NPs. Proximity to Pennekamp state park was a nice added bonus. Had a problem with bathtub drain in 2nd bathroom that we ended up fixing ourselves. Kitchen reasonable well-stocked. Lots of common sense rules posted throughout the unit. Owner lives in UK so a little delayed responding due to time zone difference. Very nice pool and pier onsite.

We can only apologise again for your having a problem with the tub drain.
It turned out that a previous guest’s child put the wrapper off one of the soap bars we provide down the tub drainage. Our reward for providing guests with nice extras. Our cleaner had a 5 piece tool kit via prime added to her housekeeping supplies within hours.
New Year’s Eve wasn’t the easiest time to resolve the issue.
Our ‘US’ numbered calls were ignored or sent to divert for three days.
With the majority of guests we use today’s live video calling technology through Facebook or What’s App which enables us to be super responsive to guests needs and want’s.
Wisdom like Lincoln’s is required whether you write these reviews or respond to them. You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of the time.

Condo was extremely clean, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals.
We enjoyed our stay at Kawama Tower #406. Condo was very clean and was perfect location to the pool and beach area. Communication with Andrew
before and after the arrival was a nice added touch in making our trip wonderful. We are ready to go back!
Very clean home and wonderful people
When we walked in, the house was very cozy and clean. The house has a beach feel to it. I have talked with Andrew, and he is a very pleasant man. I would recommend this place to everyone visiting the Key Largo.

Great stay in Key Largo
Nice clean condo with great communication with property owners. Lots of great restaurants nearby. No lounging beach since it was covered in seagrass but we rented a boat and slip to have access to the water for fishing and snorkeling during our stay. Overall great stay at this clean and furnished condo.

Neptune is naughty.
Fortunately, even when the beach is not perfect, the uniqueness of our community facilities. In addition to the waterfront, the pier and beach, we have three tiled pools, a saltwater lagoon with it’s own man made beach, and sun loungers and beautiful tropical landscaping of all the public amenity areas. In other words, a beautiful extensive set of facilities in a private gated community that exceeds the facilities of locally available high end Hotel resort destinations. These hotels generally provide a lesser standard of equipment and benefit’s for families who want privacy without booking multiple rooms. Who want full kitchen, laundry and dining facilities in a competitively priced accommodation package with added value benefits.
It still comes down to the fundamentals, a Rental home is better than a Hotel, and our community facilities are still more diverse, nicer, and less pressured than any hotel in the Keys. Guests simply have to be aware the beaches don't always look like the postcard view in today's changing climate.
Seaweed comes and goes every year. 2019 just happens to have a bit more than usual.

Situated on the southern tip of Key Largo on the Atlantic Ocean surrounded by azure seas the locality is truly beautiful for the discerning visitor seeking that holiday of a lifetime in the unique Florida Keys. We are just a convenient 70 minutes drive from Miami.
The Condominium village Community known as 'Kawama Yacht Club' enjoys the position of being set on an unspoilt peninsular. We are set between the virgin habitat of a bird sanctuary to the south and the beautifully preserved John Pennekamp Marine Coral State Park to the north.
We benefit from being well away from busy US.1.
Our Kawama Tower apartment benefits from being REALLY QUIET. Look forward to the rustle of the palm trees in the Ocean Breeze and the night time song of Tropical Cichadias. We are situated 3/4 mile off US.1, and literally on the Ocean.
In terms of Activities, we provide each guest with a detailed document comprising information about all the local activities and attractions and outline contact details for all the vendors in a concise document.
