This cabin lives like your own home--comfortable, clean and convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Only 5 minutes to either town. And you're right around the corner from a 6 acre community lake, so it's great for taking family walks, exercising the dog or catch-and-release fishing. Swaying Pines is now in it's 21st year as a vacation rental and we continue to make improvements every year.

The kitchen is well-equipped with quality cookware (mostly hard anodized), glass bakeware, half-sheet baking pans, pizza pan, wood cutting board and knife block, grilling utensils and small electrics (Blender, crockpot, toaster).

Swaying Pines has 2 bedrooms and an open loft for sleeping quarters to accommodate 6 guests. We do not recommend the full bed in the loft for adult couples since it's only 54 inches wide and access to a bathroom would be either going through the queen bedroom on the second floor or walking downstairs to the main floor bathroom. It's ideal for children and teens, or maybe a single adult who doesn't mind the walk to the bathroom at night. The first floor bedroom features a king log bed with its own access door to the main floor bath.

Swaying Pines' location is right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg--only a few minutes' drive to either town. Well-paved roads with no scary mountain roads. Just a steady climb that most vehicles can easily manage.

Swaying Pines welcomes adult dogs up to 75 pounds. Sorry--no puppies, kittens or cats.
The pet stay fee is $125.00 plus tax and is charged PER PET. We appreciate any supporting details so we can determine if you pet is a good fit for the cabin. We may be able to consider two dogs. Dogs must be experienced travelers. Absolutely no confining of pets to the bedroom or bathroom.
