Condo, 1 Bedroom + Other (See Description), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 2-4)
We live here locally and love everything about these beautiful Utah mountains. We enjoy camping, hiking, golfing and kayaking in the summer and skiing/snowboarding, snowshoeing, and snowball fights in the winter. Our young son is well on his way to passing us up on the mountain! :) We purchased this condo as an opportunity to be even closer to the mountains we love and enjoy some great family time in the beautiful Park City area. We are excited to share our home with you and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do! Christy and David, Sandy UT
Christy purchased this Condo in 2007
Why Christy chose Park City Mountain Resort
We chose The Lodge at the Mountain Village because of its perfect ski-in/ski-out location, right at the base of Park City Mountain Resort, a very accessible, world class, yet family friendly, resort. It's so convenient to be slope-side between Payday and First Time lifts, where family members can pop in or out according to differing needs, or all come in for lunch. It's also great to be just steps from the ticket office, rentals, ski school, shops, and restaurants. We love the hot tubs down the hall, the indoor/outdoor pool & hot tubs, the ice rink, the underground parking and the free city bus that stops right in front of our building.
What makes this Condo unique
We chose this particular condo because of its perfect ski-in/ski-out corner unit location on the very end of the building toward the mountain. We especially love the picture-window view of the slopes. We love being able to be connected with the mountain even when we are inside. It's also a quiet location away from bus stop and parking lot snow removal noise. This condo was completely updated in 2008, and has been very well maintained. We love how bright and open it is.

Great ski in/out
Perfect for ski in/out. Older unit, but it was very very clean. All the amenities were appreciated. Communication with the owner was quick.
Only con was that the hot tub in the common area was closed the entire weekend I was there for my short trip. The upstairs hot tub closed early for some reason too. These were problems outside of Christy’s control, but were still aggravating to me. Overall great stay. I would return here for another stay.
Thank you for your review, Phillip! I am sorry that the hot tub was under maintenance during your stay, It has been repaired, but I am sorry that you did not have it available to you.
I am glad that you enjoyed our condo. I hope you can return!
Excellent rental , just steps to ski. Great owner, very responsive.
Property is in good condition, the building its showing its age but you can’t beat the location. I will rent this property again without hesitation
Ski in Ski out at the baseball of PCMR
Wonderful condo that is well equipped with a perfect location for a family. Very pleasant experience with the owners. Would definitely return.
The condo exceeded my expectations. The location was incredible and it was clean and cozy. I will definitely be back!
We enjoyed the location and had a great few days in Park city !
Great summer stay experience
My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights in July and had a great time. We were very comfortable and found the location to be great for close access to the free bus system, walking to town and hiking or bike riding. Everything was clean, comfortable bed, fluffy towels, functional kitchen and we used the shared washing machine without issues also. Our only disappointment was we were not aware the fitness center, hot tub and pool were under construction/rehab (will probably be nice for future stays though!). However, this just caused us to locate a local gym and we found the local Rec Center which is right on the bus line and is really very nice ($12/day for visitors). The TV also has Netflix capability which was nice at times. We are Xfinity customers and found we had faster WiFi with the local Xfinity WiFi than with the Mountain Lodge WiFi but the later seemed to work OK. Last, it can get warm in the late afternoons in July and this unit has AC which was important - I would not recommend a place w/o AC in July so this was a must-have for us anyway. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I believe anyone staying after August or September will benefit from the new pool and fitness center!
