We are the Quinns from Georgia, USA. We have vacationed in Orlando for over twenty years with our daughters who have developed a love of all things Disney. We hope to provide a space for other families and friends to relax and reconnect as they get away to sunny Florida!

Relax in your private pool/spa while watching the sunset over conservation woodlands or enjoying a game/movie on the outdoor TV. Enjoy SUN ALL DAY over the south west facing pool, with privacy hedges on either side - and no one behind you but the birds, turtles, and deer. After a day at the parks (Disney is just 3 miles away) retreat to the beautifully decorated and comfortable amenities in your 4 bedroom villa. Take a day off from theme parks and enjoy all Windsor Palms Resort has to offer. Large community pool, game room, 54 seat theater, tennis, basketball, and workout room are located in the center of the resort and walking distance from your villa. Enjoy outlet mall shopping nearby the resort. (We can tell you the best shopping spots around!) Restaurants and shops in the new Margaritaville complex are one mile from the resort. Many more are located within 2-3 miles from the villa, including Outback, Bahama Breeze, Culvers, Cracker Barrel, and many more.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
