On our first visit to Hawaii we knew we had found Paradise. Within 4 months, after searching all the islands, we purchased this Beach Front home. We were extremely lucky to find this home and this location. The house has 100 feet of beachfront and sits 42 feet back from the beachfront. Access to the 3 mile sand beach is across our manicured yard by a beach access on either side of our yard. The location also is directly into Kailua Beach, not neighborhoods to drive through or road changes to make. We are just 5 blocks from the center of Kailua Town, Whole Foods, and many restaurants, yet so private you can spend your vacation here without seeing or hearing a car or any street noise. Kailua Beach and our home are such beautiful places we cannot keep them only for ourselves. We enjoy sharing this wonderful bit of Hawaii and it is fun making new friends from around the world.

We think the magic of visiting Kailua on the Windward side of Oahu is the best possible choice for a holiday. Live in a home that arguably has the best location and views in Hawaii. The drive over the Pali Highway or H-3 is magical. The charms and comforts of Kailua town are endearing. (Funny.....we live in Kailua "Town," but when you go to "town" in Hawaii, you are going to Honolulu.) There are many small, colorful shops but all the amenities of a big town. The restaurants are delicious, and you can enjoy different cuisines every night. No need to choose a favorite. Need we mention the amazing beach literally at the front door? Kailua Beach is ranked as one of the world's premier beaches and Hawaii's safest. Its 3 miles of pristine white sands and blue waters are best viewed from our home.

Possibly the best beach access, the best beach, the best-accessorized home, in the best town in Hawaii. We offer A Taste Of Hawaii----Last summer, we hosted a family who was recommended to our home by a 'Hawaiian Kahuna' friend because 'this is the house that best represents what he wanted his vacationing friends to experience in Hawaii'. We comply with the City and County of Honolulu laws with a 30-day rental period for our home. Honolulu Ordinance 22-7, "This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied." Injunction Order October 13, 2022, HILSTRA v.
