Come visit our large corner oceanfront condo with fantastic views of Molokai and Lanai. You can watch spectacular sunsets and enjoy whale watching from your private lanai. Conveniently located between Kaanapali and Kapalua, the condo is ideal for celebrating that special occasion and all that Maui has to offer.

Unit has been updated with new ceiling fan, new refrigerator, new range, new dishwasher, new carpet, new blackout curtains in the bedroom and main room, and a new couch, also the bathroom has been updated with a new bathtub and bath and shower fixtures. Both elevators, one close to our unit, have just been completely refurbished and made very quiet, so either one will quickly bring you up to the third floor!

We have a large bedroom with a king-sized bed and the kitchen is completely equipped. The new couch is queen-sized sleeper sofa. The condo includes beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, cable TV, WiFi, CD and DVD players. The unit is an end unit which provides 50 more square feet than the non-end units.

Kahana Reef is located near some of the best beaches in world, and less than 10 minutes away from award winning golf courses like Kapalua and Kaanapali. There are many great restaurants and shopping nearby, and it's only a few miles to Kaanapali or Kapalua, and 10 minutes drive to Lahaina.

Note that bikes, surfboards, paddle-boards, kayaks are not allowed in the unit under any circumstances. There is a bike rack and board rack at the north end of the property and you can lock your bike/board to the rack during your stay. Please observe no shoes/sandals rule while inside condo, and please leave the window louvers open to the patio.

We apologize, the unit is not currently ADA equipped.

Note: Up to $750 will be billed to your credit card if there is any damage to the property or items are missing. This condo is to be strictly occupied by no more than 2 overnight guests. If it is determined that there were more than 2 overnight guests during anytime of the registered guest's occupancy, the registered guest will forfeit their $750 deposit and be charged an additional $100/night per additional guest, plus an additional $200 cleaning fee, on top of the standard $155 cleaning fee.
