Why Max Thompson chose Recoleta
The location of this property is fantastic. It is on famous Vicente Lopez St. in the Heart of the Recoleta neighborhood, only two blocks away from the Recoleta Cemetery and Alvear Palace Hotel.
What makes this Apartment unique
The property was completely renovated in 2008. Everything is new and clean.

Excellent convenient Recoleta location
Well designed compact 1BR flat in a private well maintained building on Vincente Lopez, steps from Callao in a convenient Recoleta location. Mattress was overly firm. No doorman so key needed to both enter and exit. Concierge lives on premises and is very responsive to requests for assistance. Owner Max reachable by WhatsApp and good about responding to questions and coordinating, and translating, with his on site representatives to check renters in and out. Please note that checkout at 11 a.m. is not flexible so plan accordingly. Overall a nice rental unit in an especially good location.
So happy we got this gem
Host is great and easy going
Lovely apartment in Recoleta
The apartment is very nice and the neighborhood is absolutely fantastic. We walked almost everywhere. Everything is as promised and Max is easily accessible if you need anything. I highly recommend the place!
living well in BA
The property was comfortable with a good-sized living room and bedroom. Enough sun and a nice view of French-style buildings across the way. The landlord was very responsive to my calls and arranged a reliable driver from the airport. The elevator didn't always work but I was told the apartment owners were going to take action on the expensive repairs. The neighborhood was full of tree-lined streets with many sights nearby, as well as 2 movie theaters and 2 mini-malls. Lots of nice Italian restaurants and French cafes. Several offered discounts for cash payments. Only drawback was that the apartment windows could not be kept open due to the noisy bus traffic below.
Nice apartment in central Buenos Aires
We enjoyed our stay in this nice apartment, centrally located in a one of the best Buenos Aires neighborhoods.
Near good restaurants, fresh food markets and Recoleta weekend market. Beautiful park nearby. Apt has all you need though cooking gear not extensive. Shower a bit hard to get in and out of. Not for the very old or very large people. Otherwise, very clean and convenient. Would certainly stay here again.
