Having grown up on the Eastern Seaboard as a young child I built this home in memory of living on the beach.
La Conner House purchased this House in 1992

Just as wonderful the second time
This is the second time our book club has stayed here. The views are amazing. The kitchen set up is reliable- we made all our meals. Plenty of space and bathrooms, so we were together but never in each other’s way. We hiked Deception Pass and explored La Conner. Thoroughly recommend staying here.
Great property with awesome views
The four of us had a great stay!! The views are wonderful and the location is relatively private and peaceful. The hot tub was nice and toasty, kitchen well stocked, and the beds were the most comfortable we have experienced in a VRBO.
Even though it was pouring, we found La Connor quaint and beautiful. We dined at Nell Thorne for lunch and had a delicious meal. Our stay was over New Year's. I can imagine La Connor being a fun town in the summer with kayaking, etc. available.
A few tips.....we did not find the directions provided to be helpful. GPS is sketchy, so make sure to have your directions downloaded before heading there.
The house is mostly wood floors. Make sure to wear socks with nonslip bottoms. Trust me on this one. I paid the price.
We would definitely revisit this property! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
comfortable home, lovely view
such a lovely view! close to interesting La Conner. Very comfortable beds. thoughtful additions to make our stay pleasant.
Little Art cottage by the sea
Ohmahgoodness. I go on mom vacations with friends about twice a year. This property has been on my radar for about 5 years now and we were finally able to go and WOW. This is a great place to go if you want something relatively small & cozy, with tasteful TRUE art throughout. It is not a party house. It does not make a statement about prestige. It comforts and greets and calms. The soaking tub was the largest tub I have ever been in. Some aspects of the bathrooms are a bit dated, but to me it added to the charm. Really loved our stay here.
Charming, cosy house with great views
This house exceeded expectations. It was so comfortable and well appointed. We brought a ton of stuff to make Thanksgiving dinner but it turned out that the kitchen had almost everything we needed. The house manager even left out platters and a turkey baster for us. I will be back!!
Perfect Family Getaway
Cozy accommodations, quiet neighborhood with gorgeous view.
Whale watching, art walks, tramping the tulip fields, great photo ops, and MONA - Museum of Northwest Art, farm tours. Music. Dance. Kayaking.
