This was our home for 12 years. The floor plan is open and spacious. The 2-1/2 fenced acres provide a feeling of privacy and spacious natural beauty. We're close enough to enjoy all that Santa Cruz and Monterey have to offer — sightseeing, biking, surfing, hiking, beachcombing — and come home to tranquility and natural beauty.

Great place to share with friends and family
Loved the place. BBQ on the deck every night. Maybe the best layout I've ever seen for pets. Great kitchen. Perfect place to dine and laugh with friends. Beautiful views. Couldn't be happier.
Wonderful place to honeymoon
What a beautiful place to stay after our wedding at Villa Manresa just up the road.
The house and property were absolutely perfect for our family! It is truly 2 acres of fenced and maintained yard, which our 3 kids and husky loved and took full advantage of. The house itself suited our needs, was clean and well-equipped. We clocked the walking distance to the beach access (thank you Apple) and it is a very short .19 miles. Very easy to manage even with chairs, sand toys and an ice chest. We will be back!
We were very impressed with this property. Very clean, beautiful and so very close to the beach. We loved the walking track through the 2 acre fenced yard and spent every night in the sparkling clean hot tub. We stayed at the house 8 nights and never got bored. So much to do all within 20 to 30 minuets. We will make this a yearly trip. Loved it!!!!
We enjoyed our stay here. The house is extremely pet friendly with a great floor plan. The driveway is a little steep but if you have a regular vehicle it will fit in the garage nicely. (I had a full size pickup).
The carpet is a little out dated but it's works well with the pet friendly home.
The property is huge with lots of space to let dogs run free. Completely fenced in with a nice dog kennel connected to the back side of the garage.
Hot tub is in great condition and was very relaxing during the clear nights near the ocean. On that note, you can hear the ocean from all three rooms which was very pleasant on the clear nights with the windows open.
Bailey Property Management was great to work with and I will definitely use them for my future rentals.
