Awesome Family Memories
Great family moments at this property. Quiet neighborhood. House was clean. Real short drive from north end to Downtown Havasu. Even closer to our watercraft rentals. Bbq and Pool was added bonus. Not too big, not too small. Just right for up to six people. Would consider coming back.

Pleasant stay
House was clean and well stocked. Nice open floor plan with plenty of room. Backyard covered patio was large and had a decent view of the Lake. Pool was clean and warm. Quiet street with flat parking for our boat along the side of the driveway. Overall a pleasant stay, will rent again from Louise.
Location
Just 1 1/2 miles to Windsor beach and launch ramps. Only 3 1/2 miles to large new shopping mall including a super Walmart. 4 miles to a beautiful 18 hole golf course.
