Following the fires on Maui that caused a path of destruction and devastation, fortunately, only portions of West Maui (Lahaina) are closed to visitors. The Governor of Hawaii and Mayor of Maui held a press conference on Aug 12th, stating that Maui is open, and in need of tourists to help keep the local economy running. If you are considering a trip to Maui, please know that you are welcome. Our condo is located in Wailea, which is in South Maui. We would love to help keep our cleaners, handyman and property rep all busy with steady incomes, along with local businesses and restaurant workers alike.

Welcome to paradise! At a time when their was much uncertainty in the world, we made a big decision to purchase in May 2021, as our lifelong dream is to snowbird in Maui. Until that time comes, we would love to share our home with others. Located at Grand Champions Villas-this beautiful, well kept condo, with a front row view of fairway #2 on the famous Wailea Blue golf course, along with a nice view of the ocean from lanai, makes for the perfect place to enjoy the famous Maui Sunsets while dining on your own private lanai.

Large, one bedroom unit, 2 full bathrooms with a comfortable sofa bed in living room to accommodate up to 4 guests. Well stocked kitchen for cooking your favorite meals while away from home. Dining room table seats 6, patio table for 4. All the comforts needed to make your stay as relaxing and stress-free as possible. Air conditioning units in main living area and bedroom. Free wifi, cable, and parking. Washer/Dryer, beach chairs & beach towels provided for your enjoyment. 2 outdoor pools/jacuzzis, lounge chairs & BBQ's for guest use.

Multiple beaches are a close-by drive (3 min) or within walking distance to an ocean path that stretches for miles. Great shopping and restaurants are also within walking distance. Kihei is less than a 10 min drive as well, with additional shopping/dining without being in the center of the noise.

We love the Wailea area, and the beautiful surroundings that makes Grand Champions the perfect vacation destination. We know you’ll love it too.

Perfect getaway!
Jackie and Brandon were wonderful hosts! The condo is in a great location and was exactly as the photos described. Clean, welcoming and modern. We were able to walk everywhere which was ideal - great shops, restaurants and beaches in the area. We will definitely be back!!

Little bit of paradise
Our stay here was wonderful. The owners kept us up to date with everything we needed to know before getting here. No surprises. Condo is well equipped, nicely furnished, and the view from the lanai is 100% accurate. Close to groceries, shopping, walking, snorkeling, beaches and the list goes on. One of our best vacations

What a stay in Wailea!
Roomy and well equipped. We had the most relaxing stay at this property. Quiet and tranquil. The lyrical sounds of birds to wake up to. Cannot wait to return again for our next vacation. A total gem.

Aloha guests! We are Brandon and Jackie, have been married for just over 25 years. We have 4 children, only one at home now, so we are looking to our next adventure in life after all 4 have left the nest in the next couple of years. We enjoy traveling and have had the opportunity to visit many different places around the world. Maui is one of our favorite spots. Several places in Europe also are high on our list, but Hawaii is a closer destination for us to travel to.

Why they chose this property

We have been visiting Maui for the past 20+ years, with Brandon's parents and siblings. We finally decided this was the year to make the purchase and try out a new adventure of being vacation rental owners on Maui. We actually purchased two units (this 1 bedroom, and also a 3 bedroom, with the same ocean/fairway view) so that we can bring all of our kids at once when we vacation here in the future. We chose properties at Grand Champions because of the amazing views, amenities, location, upkeep of the complex, and the beautiful surroundings, along with proximity to the beach.

What makes this property unique

We plan our days around dinner on the lanai at sunset! You won't find a more peaceful and relaxing location. You have access to two beautiful pools, BBQ grills, a short walk to restaurants and shopping. This location has EVERYTHING!
