We got there and the elevator was broken and had been for week. Our patio door would not lock and we were on second floor. When we call Luna Management about the elevator he didn't seem like he cared. Also only had to cards. Would not stay here again. Stay at Phoenix next time.
We are so sorry that you feel your stay only earned a 3 star review! As for the elevator issues, we have zero control over these issues. We do sympathize with our guests when an elevator is not in service, however we cannot do anything to speed up the process of having the elevator service restored. We clearly state this in our Rental Confirmation that you sign prior to your stay. We have to follow the chain of command simply by reporting the issue on your behalf to the property manager on site at the condo complex. If we seemed like we did not care when you contacted us, the frustration was not meant to be directed at you but at the situation. I assure you that we went through the correct channels to get the matter resolved as quickly as possible, however we have no way of making the repairs nor can we guarantee something that is out of our control.
As for the sliding door lock, we had maintenance check on that for you while you were here and they could not find an issue with the lock or the door and that it was working properly.
We assume that by 2 cards you are meaning that you can only park 2 cars on site and again that is a rule that is not within parameters that we can control. All of the condo complexes are maintained and ran by an association that issues rules and regulations for each owner to follow. We are sorry that your experience was not great and we wish that we could assist you with the issues you encountered in a much easier way to help you enjoy your stay with us. We do hope that you will return and give our company another try to help make your experience here on the coast a much better one.

Great Vacation Condo
The property was exactly as advertised in every way. The security staff were friendly and really took great care to keep an eye on things. The property is in a great location and even closer to the beach than I anticipated. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the grilling area was perfect for the cooking out. The property management was easy to communicate with and very prompt. We will certainly consider staying at this location again.

August 2018 Stay
Long story short... We visited in Aug. Our condo was disgusting. I notified Luna Properties. I was told they would refund my cleaning fee. It's now Oct and guess what, no refund.
We are so sorry that it took so long to issue your cleaning fee refund of $101.70 that was refunded to your credit card on October 2nd, 2018. We wanted to credit that amount back to you sooner but we have policies in place that make us jump through a few hoops with research on the housekeeping side before we can do so. We do apologize for the issues that you encountered during your stay and wanted to respond to let you know the refund has been issued back to your card.

May 2018 Stay
We enjoyed our stay in 2205, it was very clean and comfortable. The beds slept excellent, everything worked and the condo was on the second floor with a great view of the beach from the balcony. Also, easy access to the beach. Very family friendly. We look forward to coming back.
June 2016 Stay
We stayed here and had a great time but did have two disappointments.
We were told we may be able to check in early since we have small children but when i called that morning we were told there was a renter still there who wasn't planning on checking out until the following day. We did end up getting our room but were never notified when it was ready. I had to continually call to see even though we were told we would receive a call letting us know.
An even bigger disappointment was that our room, 2205, reeked of smoke but was advertised as a non-smoking room. We noticed the smell when we first walked in and would be hit with a big whiff of it numerous other times when we came in. This was extremely disappointing given the price we were paying for the room and the fact that our young children had to breathe that in.
Again, a great trip and stay other than those two issues.

Gulf shores is so beautiful. Our first time there and we will be back. Ocean house was a great place to stay and Luna Beach was awesome. Everyone I spoke to was Very helpful and willing to go beyond what that had to for a great vacation experience. Lots of good restaurants and shopping. Love it there!!!!
