Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Dogs are NOT allowed on beds or furniture, and must use slip cover over sofa when bringing your pet. No wet dogs allowed in the home.
Dogs NOT allowed to swim in pool. The dog hair clogs the filter and restricts water flow and it will destroy the motor.
No smoking inside the home.
