The apartment (Type III) is a spacious and elegant maisonette of 50 m2, which can accommodate up to 4 adults. It is distinguished by comfort and by the sea view from its 8 square metre spacious balcony. The apartment has two levels: Level one has a comfortable living room with two sofas-beds, an open plan fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower; Level two has two single beds with view to the mountain. The level one with the level two are separated by a curtain and reached by a staircase.

The apartment is part of the Yellow Houses, which is a holiday complex of 12 different-size private accommodation units, each with individual entrance. They are built in a 4 acres hillside garden and just 50m away from the seaside. All the apartments have an amazing sea view and an access to a private beach only 3 minutes away. The Yellow Houses apartments is a family-run business with a great deal of personal care.

We provide for free: 3 bicycles, 4 canoes, 1 row-boat, sun-beds, sun umbrellas, BBQ space, indoor and outdoor playground.

The simple charming and unhurried atmosphere make the apartment attractive and an ideal place for peaceful and quiet family holidays. It is an excellent choice for those who want to leave their stress of urban life far behind.

Entspannung direkt am Meer
Eine sehr freundlich geführte Appartementanlage, in der man sehr ruhig und mit direkter Meeresnähe in einer wenig frequentierten gemütlichen Bucht schöne Tage verbringen kann. Sehr nette Vermieter, die viele zuverlässige Tipp geben in sicher einer der ruhigsten Ecken Chalkidikis mit Meerlage. Appartements bieten keinen Riesenkomfort, sind jedoch hübsch eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich. Toller Balkon. Auto unbedingt notwendig! Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und zahlreiche Strände in der Nähe. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Herrliche Lage, viele Extras, griechische Idylle
Herrliche Lage, weiter Meeresblick vom Balkon bis zum Berg Athos, fast menschenleerer Strand vor der Haustür und viele Fische im Wasser - wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr gut ausgestattet, inklusive Serviceleistungen, z.B. morgendlicher Besuch des Bäckers mit Brot, süßen und herzhaften Teilchen. Auto ist unabdingbar, es gibt schöne Ziele und verschiedene weitere Strände in der Umgebung.

Besser geht es nicht
Schon die Anreise mit dem , vom Vermieter gebuchten Mietwagen, war einfach und perfekt. Das Apartment wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sehr, sehr hilfreich und äusserst zuvorkommend. Wir haben die Grillabende auf dem 'neuen Platz', sowie den Filmabend sehr genossen, ebenso die überaus große Gastfreundschaft, die uns entgegengebracht wurde. Auch die freundliche 'Putzfrau' war sehr entgegenkommend. Wir haben uns dort einfach nur wohlgefühlt und konnten die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Vermieter geben einem gerne zu allem Tips. Die Beschreibung der Wohnungen und der Umgebung stimmen 100prozentig. Dort Urlaub zu machen ist einfach nur erholsam. Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert. Wir bedanken uns hiermit nochmals bei den Vermietern für die schöne Zeit und hoffen nächstes Jahr wieder dort sein zu können. Dann auf jeden Fall länger.

Die vorangegangenen Bewertungen stimmen absolut!!! Schon im Vorfeld war uns der äußerst hilfsbereite und gastfreundliche Vermieter behilflich einen Mietwagen zu finden. Und auch vor Ort bekamen wir hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflugs- und Einkehrmöglichlichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe genossen! Obwohl dies bestimmt die schönste Ecke Chalkidikis ist, sind nicht viele Touristen da. Man hat eine große Auswahl an Stränden. Für Familie mit Kindern sehr schön. Ein Auto vor Ort ist sinnvoll!

Der perfekte Urlaub!
Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern, 5 und 7 Jahre) haben in den Gelben Häusern in diesem Sommer zwei besonders tolle Wochen verbracht und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die tolle Lage mit vielen schönen Stränden in der Umgebung, der Blick auf den Berg Athos, die sehr hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Vermieter und die vielen Möglichkeiten, die Chalkidiki insgesamt bietet. Die vielen Tipps und Informationen, die wir vom Vermieter erhielten, waren Gold wert. So haben wir abwechslungsreiche Tage am Strand, in einsamen Buchten, in den Bergen und mit dem geliehenen Motorboot ab Ouranopouli verbracht. Morgens kommt der Bäcker vorbei gefahren und bietet leckere süße und salzige Ware für den ganzen Tag an. Die Tavernenempfehlungen vom Vermieter in der Nähe und weiter weg haben unsere Abende kulinarisch besonders bereichert. Aber insbesondere die Taverne (einfache griechische Küche) am Sandstrand, links neben der Hausbucht, ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg war perfekt. Die Kinder haben am Abend noch stundenlang geplanscht, während wir Eltern schon einen Sundowner zu uns genommen haben. Die Beschreibung der Gelben Häuser auf dieser Seite sind den Tatsachen entsprechend dargestellt. Wir sind gerade dabei, den nächsten Sommerurlaub für das kommende Jahr wieder dort zu buchen.
